    Just finished this session and I feel better. I needed something to allow me to breathe and meditate a little deeper as an over thinker with trauma who woke up at 4 from a nightmare. My mind wasnt focused. Then got notification you uploaded this video. It helped get my mind back to focus with the breath works. Thank you for sharing your gift of knowledge. I'll have to message you on your social media about how you've helped me. Been following you and doing your videos for over 2 years now. Made me want to look into yoga as an instructor as well. Please don't stop and continue blessing us with your light of yoga ❤🥺 beyond forever thankful to find you!

    This class is exactly what I needed, I've been having lots of anxiety and overthinking due to trauma and grief. I was letting the negative energy and imagination take over and was finding it difficult to settle my mind and emotions. My normal anxiety-focused yoga classes were not working but added this on at the end and I feel a lot calmer and clearer.
    Thanks so much, I will be re-doing this class in the future.

    Usually I am a bit impatient with breathwork, I went for it anyway and my sinuses feel cleared and a bit warm and fuzzy in my head which is nice. I think I actually needed this so thank you!

    My mind feels so much clearer, less cluttered and more focused. There is less going on and I feel like I have more space to breathe in my body as well as my mind, if that makes sense. My body feels more alert and less sluggish. Thank you so very much Kassandra - this was my first breathing-only yoga class! I enjoyed it so very much! And the humming breath work almost felt like a sound bath 💫

    I just did this at bed time. Sometimes I do alternate nostril breathing at bedtime. This was so unusual and just brilliant. I feel so relaxed now and ready to sleep. Thank you xx

    Been practicing yoga every day for approximately two years now (it was once a week six years prior) however it's a necessity to do pranayama at least once every 10 days🌚much respect to your breath work Kassandra, I especially enjoyed Bhramari 🐝😌

    It is like a reset. Feeling so much clarity in my head. I did this session after getting home from work, full day of many topics and a lot of brain work (creating ideas, communicating, reacting and so on). On the way home I couldn't slow down my thoughts. They are deffinetly still active after the session, but in a much clear and relaxed way, so I don't feel so tired in my head and I am open now to all the things I can do in my free time. love the combination of movement and breathing. Thank you!

    At the beginning of the month I was naturally drawn to start waking up at 5:30 in the mornings just to stroll and feel the world waking up. I love the sound of the birds at that time, I just tried this session and it re-establishes my sense of feeling refreshed. I love your channel💖💚💛💙sending love and light from South Africa 😘

    Oh, I love Breath of Joy! I learned this one at Kripalu (yoga retreat in Albany NY) a few years ago. I remember we would yell "ha!" on our Out Breath, and it was both fun to do outside and a great way to wake up and connect with nature.

    Loved this pranayama class. I forget how effective a few minutes of pranayama can be! Breath of joy is a favorite, the kundalini twist really moves energy.

    Finished this just now. i'd never done a session focused on breathwork and i went into it with a lot of uncomfortable energy and anxiety. i feel balanced now with the same level of energy, the work really redirected my state to a healthier one. This for me is one of those points in the spiritual journey that opens you up to more sustaining practices, thank you!

    Loved the Breathwork and this was my first 'all Pranayama' class. I agree with the individual who said this helped me clear out my sinuses. It did make me feel calmer and clearer. My work is stressful. I mainly work with people in hospitals who are very sick needing facility or home care. Its mentally difficult and at the end of the day unwinding can be so hard sometimes. This was a great way to unwind! Thank you! ❤❤❤

    Thank you so much for this Ms Kassandra. Your videos have helped me a lot the past few years. I find I enjoy and can really connect with your classes but the best part is the breathing exercises you incorporate into the sessions. I didn't think breathing exercises worked to clear my mind or center me but when I tried it through your instructions, it actually worked.

    Thanks so much, Kassandra. My first time doing Pranayama for 15 mins. Have done a little breath work, for 1-2 mins. Very calming. Very enjoyable. More than I thought when I saw it would be for 15 mins.

    This class Helped me to become more aware. I immediately felt a sense of well being and connection to something deeper within me. These techniques are easy to follow. Breath nourishes our muscle cells and rejuvenates us. Thank you for this wonderful exercise.

    This was my first time doing a practice that was purely breathwork. I was pretty sceptical to begin with, I admit, particularly because I have a dreadful cold and thought trying to do breathwork might be impossible. However, I found it surprisingly refreshing and calming after several nights of very little sleep. Think it would work best for me followed by one of your stretchy videos. Thank you, Kassandra. You are such a brilliant teacher and I really appreciate all the knowledge, instruction and guidance you impart.

    This is was my first time just doing this. Now I’ve learnt ways that I can practice when I need to calm my mind, find my center and be at peace.
    I am very explosive when I get upset, so I’m going to use this whenever I catch myself going down that way.

In the humming be breath I made a new connection to my breath, hearing the steady stream of breath behind the sound of my voice which is really tying into some recent teachings for me around the energy of our words.
