What was honest about it? Where was the due processing? He did not even ask for any evidence or any investigation and just passed a judgement without any establishment of guilt.
If the act was consensual, is it fair to escalate it to ra#e just because the 20 year old guy did not want to marry the 15 year old girl?
At that age, most people do not even know anything about laws or life, how can one expect someone to make that major decision of marriage at 20? Just because you sleep with someone, on the basis of whatever kind of relationship, the 2 individuals were in, as long as it was not forced or malicious in nature, why did the judge not even hear the case properly from the petitioner's lawyer?
If anything, it only shows the impatience and short sightedness of the judge to clear a file sitting on his table, simply because he can not actually deal with the proper investigation and delivery of justice to both the parties.
Did anyone really receive justice here? The girl is stuck with a stigma of being a victim in society and the boy is stuck with the label of the worst kind forever which will essentially end any hopes of a normal life. Both lost in this case, simply because of the impatience and irritation of an incompetent judge.

Fool there are around 1000 case per day for a judge he can't read it every night normally judge proced 300 to
500 case every day in high court. Some time court works till 10 pm still it is hard for a judge to look 1000 case in a day.

The advocate did not made the submission that the guy had consensual sex. His submission was that the case was to pressurize the guy for marriage. The judge added that the statement of consensual sex by himself. This is very important because if the girl is minor the consent is irrelevant, and it is by default rape. The advocate should have intervened when the judge made that remark in his judgement. This is an example why hiring a good advocate is very important.
Our so called illetrate janta will never notice this things,they just ran over emotions

The ONLY thing I disliked about the judge sahabh is that he is reading the FIR in after sitting in court, he should have studied the case even before coming to the court. I feel that MOST cases would fall within 8 to 10 categories ... after doing thousands of cases so as soon as we see the outline of the case we understand the crux of it ... they all follow a pattern of human nature. Judges and lawyers must read and study the case even before they arrive at the court .... no point reading FIR in court.
