Eggplant recipe that drives everyone crazy!
Today I am sharing with you a very simple and quick eggplant and broccoli recipe.
My whole family was delighted and everyone asked for more. This eggplant recipe with tuna and cheese combined with broccoli & peppers and tomato passata sauce! I topped baked broccoli with seeds . Incredible combination of flavours in the most ordinary, simple and cheap products! Try it! And write in the comments if you liked it! Cook with love!
📌Recipe and ingredients ( 6-8 servings):
2 broccoli.
30g (1oz) dill.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Salt.
1 tomato.
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes.
100g (4oz) cheddar cheese.
150g (6oz) tuna.
4 eggplants.
1/2 cup tomato passato.

What temperature is the oven to cook the eggplant and how long. I want to try this recipe.

180C about 40 mins, but watch your oven and adjust accordingly 😀
