Como dato extra, al acabar de limpiar toda la bombita de agua, y no les funciona, le pueden meter un isopo y darle una vuelta a la turbina eso ayudar a que empiece a funcionar el mecanismo.
This did not work for me. Mine stopped working simply after I cleaned everything except the pump. Just took the pump apart, cleaned all the pieces and reassembled, and it still isn't running. I'm getting power because the light comes on. Feel like I wasted an hour of my time. This is my second cat fountain to go down. Probably just gonna go back to boring bowls. Much cheaper and easier to clean. Also, you should soak the filter before you put it in. Critical step missed. Thanks for trying to help. I must just have a bad pump
