Fun fact: In the movie gladiator, in the opening battle, the tactics were so inaccurate that the real Romans would've been demolished if they tried them.
What are you talking about. The opening formations where the Romans lined up with onagers and scorpions with a trench line was exactly how the Romans liked to fight. It was one of the key reason for why they lost during the barbarian wars in 100 bc. They spent hours setting and forming up, and the barbarians just bumrushed them before they were properly formed. But given enough time, then the Romans would line up exactly as we see in Gladiator.
@@danielbalderrama4137everything you said it’s absolutely false, besides what Hollywood says the barbarians fought in formation, and the Roman’s were good because they were organized enough to get in formation very fast. The gladiator movie is set in 200 ad not 100bc the defeat you are probably talking about is the battle of the Teuburg forest and it happened in 9AD and the Romans lost because of treason not because of tactics
@franciscofunari2343 I was talking about the first barbarian wars and I was directly quoting the historian who spoke about those wars. He even directly quoted Gladiator opening scene as an example of how the Roman preferred to fight. It was because of the constant defeats by the barbarians that Gaius Marius after his campaigns in Africa was placed in charge of the Roman armies facing the confederation. he completely restructured the legion to become more manurable and efficent. Also you do realize 100bc is 107 years before 7ad. Plus Germania wasn't the only barbarians the Roman's fought.
My only thought was: "Your PC has to be an absolute *UNIT* . Did you steal it from NASA or something?" Oh, also, the second battle doesn't really count since the catapults didn't join the actual fight.
"The Legionnaire that scoffs at a lasgun has not charged across an open field against a hundred of them." - Maor the Scarred, Siege-Champion of the Scargivers, Black Crusade Or in this case thousands of them and frankly by 40k standards this amount of Guardsmen is pretty much nothing. A standard battle group can have 500k troops like this not to mention 30k tanks, 10k artillery + air support.
the problem I see is, I think 2 million Romans died in the ocean, due to crushing and glitching... if that could be prevented, ROmans would have a stronger chance.

Lego men vs Army Men? Both are incredibly weak units that can come in large numbers, and they've been the source of several stop motion animations, so it would be cool seeing it in the game!
Fun fact: you forgot a whole lot of fantasy when you said “every fantasy army” because I don’t see The stormlight archive (was that a shameless plug so I can get more people to read it? Yes yes it was)
Yeah 9mil is nothing for a 40k army lol. People never give enough credit for how insanely powerful everything in that universe is. Or they simply don't understand lol.
As a person who understands the intricacies of Starcraft, I declare any outcome except the defeat of Rome by a non-canon. Let me remind you that Marinade's armor blocks projectiles from over-developed Protoss. And there's Warhammer, and Star Wars, and halo, so that's it. The Romans won't even make it, and if they do, they won't do any harm.
If you put one of each against an army of spartans, you can tell how many of each you need to fight 7 million spartans by cross multiplying the number of spartans one killed compared to 7 million. It would come down to the last soldier.
Great video daily I loved when the gondor Knights entered the fight also question the Lego bowman do they have crossbows and if so do u think that it would change the layout of battle?
Hell, yeah little bit of representation from StarCraft love to see it Edit: I resend my statement. Why would you put the zealots on hold? They literally have an ability to charge in the game. Their whole thing is they charge at the enemy and are aggressive and you told to stand still this freaks me angry than it should
You can’t get the unsullied for game of thrones? Or the Dothraki? House stark aren’t very iconic or stand out very much. I mean you could use the golden company too.

Those 37 Romans were like, "If you can't beat em, join em." Lol
Fantasy Army battles :
A third is sci-fi, a third is totally random and a third are actual fantasy
i mean you could see sci fi as a fantasy army since it's just fantasy, but futuristic
13:35 when Gondorian soldiers hear Boromir's "For Gondor" they surely would start whacking enemies left and right!😊
Of course the UNSC survived with like, 90% casualties. They just had to keep it lore accurate. XD
