I have the DLink DCS 933L already set up and running, how do I add another DLink DCS 933L camera? Do I have to go through the initial set up again along with the wireless setup? Thank you in advance for the help.
I have a problem using mydlink camera. the first I installed it its ok, but when we replace our old router. mydlink camera can't work properly. and reinstalled it but it says please you settings. it happens everytime I do it

im having problems with mine recording. and it wont play videos on my phone when it does record. it says it must be set to record in mp4 format. i set it to mp4 format and it still says i need to set it to mp4. i got a email notification today too that my camera detected motion, but there is no video to watch even though its set to record on motion activation. and there is no tech support number to call to get help. if you know of a number for tech support, please give it to me. so far i am not happy with this product. it is not very user friendly, and there seems to be no service to help beginners set it up correctly.

Always device not found. Unable to connect the cam to the app. Cannot install at all. Mydlink website always stop connection automatically. It is the worse app and website i have ever seen
I have to agree this camera is not ery good it have very poor image quality and my firmware update went wrong and colapsed all camera...also you cant plug in with cable directly to it to set it up or to try it you need to plug it in router only what SUCKS ASS...AND IS TOTALY IDIOTIC...what if you dont want to have a router? and just directly conect camera with cable?

Great video, i went through everything as you did, however, still add a 2nd camera to my D-Link account. Is one camera per account?
Does your camera have to be in a router the whole time cuz I don't have one in my room and I need the camera in my room?

Nothing. It'll just reconnect using the wireless setup that you've configured.

Hi! We have this surveillance cam and yes it works. you can download the app from google playstore "MyDLink Lite"

Worthless to me. Was brought here from dlink support for my product and this is for a different camera...
This camera is a TOTAL SHIT with windows phone dont work in 3g/4g mode and in wifi there is a latency of 1/2 minutes .
I hate Mydlink camara and i want the world to know!
ye and after I set it up with router I didnt find way where is to conect to any cloud...why is everything on your site so hidden? your site suck!!!
