I think you have a great set up. Nice job setting it all up and sharing the info. I'm so impressed you don't have smeared lines. Seems like when I try to 'draw' my own boxes etc I always have smears no matter how careful I am. I need to designate a pen for that specific task.
I’ve tried so many pens and finally found a few that don’t smudge right after I use them 😆

Great ideas! I use my notes for my kids’ school info too. Also I jot down info that I want to keep for reference but don’t want to lose- like our house paint colors )for touch ups) or book or movie recommendations.
