The Nightingale remains to be one of my all time favorite books! It’s totally heartbreaking, and YES you will need tissues close by, but it is SO GOOD! 💍
Hey Tori here are a couple of books that I want to read before the end of the year 1. The Christmas tree farm by Laurie Gilmore 2. Crucible by Bebe Reed 3. Inheritance by Nora Roberts 4. Bourbon and Lies by Victoria Wilder😊
I just wanted to say that I listened to The Nightingale by: Kristen Hannah and really enjoyed it. The ending is really amazing. Perhaps you want have a better experience that way than reading the book physically? Just a thought.
I have loved the Plated Prisoner series, but I need to catch up! I have read up to book 3, but haven’t picked up the rest yet! I loved Zodiac Academy, but book 8 was rough to get through. The ending was good, but it was a beast of a book for just the ending. 😬 I’ll be reading 8.5 for a good recap, before finishing the series with book 9! 💍
I also tried Gild and DNF’d it after the 2nd book. I may try again because I’ve heard the same thing that it gets so much better. I would love to hear your thoughts. Love The Nightingale! I hope you get to it and love it!
Please please blog the Nightingale. I read it last year but didn’t finish because it was super emotional and I wasn’t in the right place. I’ve read the Great Alone and loved it and wanna read her backlist next year
Hi Tori I hope that you will get to your 10 Books that you want to read before the end of the year. I have 5 - 5 Subject Notebooks that has all the books - Favorite Authors listed in them - Books I want to read. I check them off as I read them. Right now I want to finish the series called Fresh Baked Mystery Series by Livia J. Washburn. This is a Cozy Mystery Series. I have read the first two books in the Series. I have Books 3 & 4 on Hold through my Local Library. This Series is good. Take Care & Happy Reading ❤️🤗🔰📚📖📒❤️
Book 8 in zodiac academy should be read in tandem with book 8.5 no one reads 8.5 beyond the veil thinking its a novella but its not. If you Google it you can find the order in which to read and when. Larry from larryreads explains it more clearly in her zodiac reading vlog
Warning - unpopular opinion here - but I DNFed The Nightingale. I couldn't stand the horrible relationships depicted in the book (the sisters, the father... even the friend... ) and I realized it wasn't getting any better... A bit later I read some reviews that said that the book wasn't well researched and there were many historical inaccuracies. One of the main characters is in fact based on a real woman - Andrée de Jongh - so I hope to get to her real biography this year. She had a wonderful relationship with her father by the way. Anyways, fingers crossed I'll get to it.
No hate and you should def read whatever you like but your channel is day by day becoming a romantasy rec channel and it's not what I enjoy the most! Miss your contempt rom and trope based recs🥲
