- Jerk speckled trout. Summer wade fishing in high heat high octane high testosterone conditions. I'm at the tippy top but I'm only half way there.
Jerk fish marinade Ingredients:
1 medium white onion
3 habaneros or scotch bonnet (change amount to heat taste)
1 bundle green onions
7 cloves garlic
10-15 sprigs fresh thyme
3 slices of ginger (bit less than used in video)
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne powder
2 tbsp allspice (added more than show in video)
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 lemon
2 limes
5 splashes dark soy sauce (light soy sauce used in video but dark soy will give better color)
3 splashes rice vinegar
Olive oil to desired marinade consistency

Cooper give this a try if you are gonna spray a rust inhibitor under your truck: CRC 06026 Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibitor. It works really well, I too go fishing from the beach, jetty, or launching my boat. Be safe out there and tight lines.

Bro order you some POR-15 translates into paint over rust -15 it's orange like liquid brush over the rust and it turns super hard and shiny black. Ofcourse removing rust works better. Bit what works better is buying a new truck and trading it in every 2 to 3 yrs its worked wonders for me

Not crazy about speckled trout. White trout though are awesome. Sheepshead is one of the best. That speckled trout meat is grainy. Reminds me of a fishy cream of wheat.
