I always enjoy the baking episodes, and the end results here look great. I have a fondness for pate choux: it was one of the first recipes I learned from Julia Child, and it is fun to make. I usually pipe a custard into the filling (lemon or lime curd are my favorites), but the cream is a better choice for fresh fruit.
I was just thinking it would be awesome to have a new Happy Hobbit episode on my birthday, and then what do you know, here it is! These look amazing! I loved the guest appearance from Neil Degrasse Tyson. :)
I think its important to note that canned chemical Crap isn't the same as actual whipped cream because unlike real whipped cream, the stuff that comes in the can will "deflate" over time. so I heard
"We're lucky we live in the California corner of the Shire" LOL!
Fili's laugh at the end there is priceless... sounds like hiccups, lol

17:40 I'm pretty sure Martha Stewart is an agent of Sauron.
Can you make these with different fruits (blueberries) or just strawberrys
I don't see why not! They would just be blueberry/raspberry etc. cream puffs instead ^~^
