Absolutely. 100% I’d love to see their Killer Croc as well. Curious to see how they’ll tackle bigger figures. Their upcoming Knightfall Batman Bane which was teased in prototype form is looking very promising.
It's true that many DC characters are not well portrayed into figure. Industry mostly cover Batman and Superman but there're many left undiscovered. And I really like this Mafex DC line. They really nailed at making some pretty figures. I am waiting to see Poison Ivy which look really good and I am also hoping to see comic version Wonder Woman which you don't see a lot these day.
14:44 When it comes to female figures, even MAFEX can not compare to the criminally underrated (and cut short too soon) greatness that is the SH Figuarts Street Fighter line. Cammy and R. Mika are Top Fivers in my whole collection, and unlike MAFEX they hold absolutely nothing back, in the front or the back lol 😅
I may even not collect Marvel or DC action figures from MAFEX, But man oh man, Huntress does look so absolutely badass and beautiful with her head sculpts along with her very own unique weapons, I just wonder in this story that she is the daughter of Batman and Catwoman or not, But great review overall Manny.
The neck issue might be the way you have the dumb bell angled.....I always try to have the bend in the dumb bell facing to the back if it's angled off to one side it'll give you issues.......great review.....man I love this figure and really Mafex kills it with comic characters I just got my Magneto as well and.....Manny.........my dude........that thing slaps......haven't had a Mafex comic figure I don't love....

Also I’ve seen folks use a Scarlet Crossbow from GI Joe Classified as Huntress’ crossbow. Haven’t used it myself yet but it looks promising if y’all collect GI Joe as well. Buying a bung of Grunts or Cobra soldiers can make for good mob bad guys for these heroes if they’re on sale.

the Mafex femal body needs work on. A double jointed elbow moves bearly over 90 degree, and the arms are slim too. Male body move way more with all the buffed muscles.
That really sucks if that’s the case. But I don’t get it, Mr. Freeze from Multiverse comes with a triggered weapon and blast effect. I think even Blue Beetle and Booster Gold 2 pack came with one. So I don’t know the full details on when it’s able to be applied or not.
I feel you're not critical enough of what is essentially a poor quality figure with a couple of good headsculpts (that should have still been engineered better for articulation). In no universe is this an 8/10 figure.
Sorry to disappoint you. It is an 8 in my universe. I did point out some flaws. It’s not like I didn’t. Overall, she still looks good aesthetically like the character and there’s ways to work around the articulation limitations I found. As long as you’re a posing genius, it’s fine.
Legends are overpriced for what they give you. No one is making better comic book figures than Mafex right now. And I kindly disagree with better bodies and articulation as Mafex gives their figures all unique sculpts and dynamic posing with fabric wired capes.

probably because the Hush story is really popular so every charcater gets adapted in to a figure, DC direct did this same version 20 years ago.

I regret selling my Cammy but I still have my R. Mika and she is definitely one of the best female figures ever made.

I had the same tilted neck problem with hush Batman , what I did was turn that neck peg little ..It fixed the problem

It depends. Mafex has better overall sculpt, accessories and most importantly, articulation.
