Hmmm..
Euro M3 E36 3.0 S50 B30 ( Bosch DME ) and M3 E36 3.2 Euro S50B32 ( Siemens DME ) used the same sensor.
@@pawetrocki5781 they might, but neither of those engines are M50's or M52's.
What if I deleted my secondary air pump? Do I just cap off that upper nipple on the solenoid?
Yes
@@M3NACE the fact that this answer is all I needed to finish up and you replied ASAP just made me an even bigger fan. Thanks homie.
@@HackMassacre i gotchu man!
Aww I have a m52tu :( i might swap it with a m50b25
Great Video! Thank you from Germany! 👍🏻😊
I forgot to mark the fuel lines was wondering how to figure out which one goes where.
plug them in and hope for the best, if it doesnt run swap them lol
refer to the video at 3:57 it should give you a good reference which fuel line goes where.
I cant find a kit for this. I got the manifold but i cant find a kit with everything else. Hit me with that link?
M50manifold.com , its in the description lol
@@M3NACE sick thanks
@@Ddrift1995 good luck with the swap man!
was it worth it? do u feel the rwhp increase?
oh yeah. the top end really changes on these motors after the swap. my car skirts the 2-3 shift when it did not before.
@@M3NACE and how about the low range? i've heard it sacrifices some power there on low rpm, stil cant make my mind if i need this mod for my daily where i almost dont go over 3.5k rpm
@@dawidkorzeniowski6100 if you dont tune it you will loose some low end and midrange torque. with a tune there is no torque loss and even more power gains. Im running a Kassel performance tune and there is no torque loss. my car does see high rpm almost everytime i drive it, and it is a nice mod to have on a daily.
Can you pass CA smog with this ?
@@CarGuyBayArea i have, order the black kit and hope the smog guy doesnt know any better.
@@M3NACE does your car idle good with the new mods? I have been reading that since you now have more air coming in the vehicle ecu needs to be tuned to have more fuel out to match the new amount of air coming in due to bigger intake.
@@CarGuyBayArea the stock management system is smart enough to make it’s own corrections, with a tune it helps but you dont need one. I have the ultimate swap DME by kassel performance on mine
what do you do if you have done a ccv/pvc delete?
Emon Safdari I would like more information on this CCV delete as I have a catch can installed on my M52 motor with M50 manifold but the PO did not install catch can plumbing correct. I have a lot of suction from oil cap and dipstick
No point using a torque wrench if you're still gonna over torque the bolts.
Thanks
I wanna see your car and performance after DIY.
like before and after pulls?
@@M3NACE yes could you please.?
Thanks for your time and efforts
Great video, thanks you for the info 👌👍
Fuck!! I love you!! your attention to detail is far by one of the best ! Best fucking video! On the install ever !!
Amazing video!
thanks man!
i know your real and you’ll respond , my car i had to remove two of those brackets that go into the block, should I just not install them again ? they were a bitch to get to 😭
i throw them straight in the trash, havent ran them in 8 years and have had zero problems because of it
@@M3NACE valid, i wasn’t looking forward putting them back anyways :)
So right where you put the first T on at 15:30 I got that on but right beside that I have two small lines coming out with a T on them not sure where they go any help would be much appreciated
One goes underneath the intake manifold on a vacuum port, the other goes onto the secondair air pump vacuum line, from the valve between intake runner 1 and 2 that plugs electrically into the fuel rail.
M3NACE still don’t quite get it I have the t line in right next to the dip stick line but there are still one line with a T coming off it
@@noahgriggs143 so what are the other 2 plugged into?
M3NACE A cylinder right next to dip stick line and the cylinder has one line on it with a t coming off it
Yea sorry for the confusion it’s one line with a T on it that has another small line.
