I'm with you. I respect people's rights to live however they want to live and call themselves whatever they choose. For instance, many in that community will say "well, what about women who can't give birth?! Are they not still women?" And that's when I get pissed. I lost my uterus due to illness. I went through years of debilitating pain and then years of extreme depression after losing my uterus. I don't appreciate my pain being used as something to buffer an argument against objective truth, and weaponized against other biological women. I'm a woman because I was born biologically a female, I grew up as a girl, and grew into a woman. Simply because childbirth is a function of womanhood I can no longer enjoy does not make us the same. And YES, trans men and nonbinary individuals can have periods and get pregnant BECAUSE THEY ARE BIOLOGICALLY WOMEN! I don't believe anyone should be harmed for living how they choose. Baby, get the surgery, wear all the makeup and fashions and wigs, but that will never make you a biological woman. And that's okay! I work in an industry where I meet a lot of transgender people who dress and act like women. My experience with them have been not so good. Especially those who have changed everything. Women who are cis, gender, women, meaning their gender identity was determined as female at birth, and they feel comfortable within their body, do not have to apologize for their feelings. And neither does anyone else. More and more people are tired of hiding who they are from themselves and others. More and more people are tired of “passing” and the work you have to do to be who you are, and not be disrespected and worse because of it. The title I use for myself is. Proinclusionist. I stand for in with all people. I love them all. It’s not always easy. Sometimes it’s quite easy to stereotype. People who are stereotyping, for me to want to exclude or discount people who are excluding or discounting others. But then what does that make me, it makes me a person who includes who I want to include, respect only those people who respect the things I respect - and sometimes show that respect in the same way that I do, because, of course, I know I’m right. The amount of soul-searching and communication with when I called God in the wisdom of the universe is not for the faint hearted. It takes a lot of energy sometimes. But I do it because it’s my opportunity and my responsibility to do so.

I'm with you. I respect people's rights to live however they want to live and call themselves whatever they choose. If you want me to refer to you as a woman even though you're biologically a man, that is cool with me. HOWEVER, that respect doesn't seem to be reciprocal. For instance, many in that community will say "well, what about women who can't give birth?! Are they not still women?" And that's when I get pissed. I lost my uterus due to illness. I went through years of debilitating pain and then years of extreme depression after losing my uterus. I don't appreciate my pain being used as something to buffer an argument against objective truth, and weaponized against other biological women. I'm a woman because I was born biologically a female, I grew up as a girl, and grew into a woman. Simply because childbirth is a function of womanhood I can no longer enjoy does not make us the same. And YES, trans men and nonbinary individuals can have periods and get pregnant BECAUSE THEY ARE BIOLOGICALLY WOMEN! I don't believe anyone should be harmed for living how they choose. Baby, get the surgery, wear all the makeup and fashions and wigs, but that will never make you a biological woman. And that's okay! I can't relate to feeling like I was born in the body of the wrong gender, and I wish it was okay to focus more on those experiences that make us unique. Being a trans woman means you had to transition, own that.

I work in an industry where I meet a lot of transgender people who dress and act like women. My experience with them have been not so good. Especially those who have changed everything. I mean rude is an understatement, its like they despise the fact that "I am WOMAN."
