After watching this interview from Nerdville and watching a jam video with Larkin Poe at a Blues Cruise, I am now a fan. I have gone on a deep dive into their TH-cam channel and listening to their "Self Made Man" album. Thanks Joe for featuring these ladies. Lovin' it!
Thank you, Joe, for this very professional interview. You made the ladies confessing the first time openly that fans sometimes are annoying stalkers and trolls. So let us all be as respectful and supportive as possible. They deserve this. All artists deserve this. Thank you for the compliments you made because of their musical abilites. I am absolutely sure you didn't lie.
I was just going to recommend this video to you. It's good to see that you've seen it. It's the best interview of LP that I've ever seen. After him talking about how to pass a lie detector test, are you sure he didn't lie? I just loved the look on the sisters' faces when he told them how to do it. That was priceless! You're right about him not lying, because we all can see the truth about LP. 👍👍👍
Great interview. Anyone who has not heard these sisters play should do themselves a BIG FAVOR and listen to them in Larkin Poe their band. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY TALENTED! Amazing musicians.
I've heard a lot of interviews with Larkin Poe over the years; they are one of my very favorite bands. This interview is the very best one I've ever heard. It was just so interesting to hear about the innerworkings of thought, purpose, life, and craft of being a musician. Three very talented and intelligent musicians sharing their experiences and thoughts this way was really great. I loved it! 💖💖💖💖💖 Thank you, Joe! 👍👍👍👍👍
For all of you out there who haven't heard Larkin Poe's new album it is fantastic. Go buy it and support these 2 wonderfully talented sisters. Thanks Joe for another great interview. You have made these times a bit easier.
It's like sitting in a pub listening to three friends who admire and respect each other, talking about what they do and love. Am impressed by the way Joe handles the flow of the conversation: " And here'ssssss... Johnny!!!"1
I admire Joe since his Stiletti guitar times filming the Rockpalast DVD video. A Guitar god. I heard the amazing Larkin Poe for the first time a couple of years ago and they are awesome. Couldn't miss this interview. Great!!!
Thanks for doing this Mr. Bonamassa. Love you ladies!! So talented. Thank you for continuing to bring us music during this pandemic. Keep rockin' !!🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼🔥

Three of my favorite artist all in one place! This was an absolutely awesome interview Joe! Well done! I honestly think it's the best interview they've ever given and of course that's because of you. Obviously the awesomeness of the girls had a little something to do with it too, but regardless I just wanted to say thank you!
Ingrid Netherlands Thank you for this personal interview, Joe. I saw you, Larkin Poe, for the first time on the video from KTBA, playing SPOONFUL with Joe. And yesterday I saw you play Little Martha !!! I bought Eat a Peach in 1972 (7 fingers to hold up ) Thank you Joe for all the interviews, it takes me back to my musical history and make me feel young again!
@JoeBonamassaTV yes the walk of life full of music! Yesterday evening I watched on Dutch television a program with some wonderful guitarplayers/singers. Jan Akkerman, JB Meyers, George Kooymans. (you have his guitar, on which he played radar love) Wow!! Today I listened to the album - close beauty - from Jan Akkerman. Beyond the horizon and close beauty are my favourites. Thanks again for your wonderful music (especially the albums royal tea and redemption ) I watched your royal tea live performance. Fantastic!! Beyond the Silence is so beautiful. Please stay safe and sound. Ingrid
Enjoyed the interview very much, thanks from r sharing Joe. I understand sitting in the chair not being able to go out because of the virus. Let's hope it ends well. Thanks again for sharing..
Great interview Joe!! Yes, these two are the real deal. Great work ethic, exuding positivity, and killer skills. Always looking forward to another cover from them. Used to be on Thursday or Friday around lunch time which was great. Last few been on Saturday when I'm working in my shop (very preoccupied). Always enjoyable and fun to visit online with the other fans as well as Rebl and the Queen. Always enjoy your work as well Joe.... don't knock on yourself, your slide skills are awesome!!
Another great interview. Had tickets to see Larkin Poe in Hollywood at the end of March 2020. Of course that didn't happen, but looking forward to when I do finally get a chance to see them live.
Noticed today that Larkin Poe is to perform on the Saturday Sessions music segment of the “CBS This Morning: Saturday” show next weekend. That’s February 6, 2021, toward the end of the program. Will be watching! ❤️.¸¸.☆
2/6/21 - Rebecca and Megan, my husband and I watched today, and you both were superb! Same for your bassist and your drummer. Larkin Poe is going places! May you always find good luck going forward which, given your many talents, I'm sure you will. 😊

Hey Joe, I still like your solo on that Bloodline track Stone cold hearted ...i remember buying that album at Tower Records in LA when it came out while on holiday from OZ...I've been playing guitar for about 36 years now and have heard alot of great solos but that one in particular has always stuck with me...and you were really young too...thanks for continuing to supply and fly the flag for great music! Larkin Poe are quality as well...like them too...especially the....oops shouldn't say...😂
Thanks Joe - great show good relevant questions - love blues and I love your music especially the songs you recorded in the style of Drive you may consider that commercial but I really love it and the sound is so good - I'm not the average mp3 earplug guy - TBH I saw Larkin Poe was on here and i have been following them for years in a nice quiet way - never proposed or anything stupid, in fact most daring thing was upon video request by Megan recommending an Origin compresser pedal that comprises double 1176's - I own one and I love it
Slightly off topic- don't tell Kevin, but my favorite outfit you've worn was the one you wore performing "Spoonful" with Larkin Poe. Jeans, black westerny shirt, black sequen? Leather? jacket, black ball cap. It'll be hard for you to top that. 😊 Tell Paul it's a guitarmageddon trio.🤗
Joe...some one you need to interview is Ian Thornley of BIG WRECK who you know, is your equal on the instrument. A monster player who deserves some recognition!!
You might want to check their live performances. That's where they shine. Studio stuff is a touch overproduced and filtered. Live they are soulfull and agressive at the same time. Great musicians!

29:30 you hit it on the head - addicts. That is what social media is. Designed that way in a lab by psychologists at Facebook. It isn't an accident. But the ladies seem to have a good attitude here.
