uhm, 1 wave hits your lane every 30 seconds, it has 6-7 minions. 12-13 cs/min+alternating raptors on your and oponents side is ideal farm for mid. Which is around 420 cs at 30min -> ideal farm. 100 cs at 10 min is good because your champ clears small raptors too slow and 2 mins are wasted at the start of the game. Ofc this is generally never done as you play vs another challenger, but some players get fairly close. Froggen broke 300 cs on karthus in 21 min I think a few patches back.
Also, who really cares about rift rivals ? I mean yeah it's gonna be lit and they don't want to lose, but it has no impact on the actual season. If Rift Rivals turns out to be a complete clown fiesta I'm not even gonna be mad.
