- Christmas Planning Binder | Christmas Organization 2019 is what I am sharing in today's video. I put together a binder to help me stay organized during the Christmas season. All of the Christmas printables and Christmas digital downloads were made by me and can be purchased separately or together in my Etsy shop. But, this Christmas binder can definitely be made without purchasing my printables. I hope this video gives you some Christmas organization ideas.

What are your thoughts on the Christmas Planning Binder?
I love it, I use one every year it really helps. I also have a gift idea list so when someone asks what to get my husband or myself they can choose something from our list and we dont get stuck with a minion toaster, bed sheets and comforter that my sister inlaw picked out for herself so my mother inlaw bought everyone sheets and comforters even though we had told her we had brand new ones already. Christmas gets very stressful and we dont even have kids 🤣
I totally agree. It can get very stressful, which is why I always help my mom and mother-in-law. I don't want them to be stressed with gifts.
Love this idea. My only concern is ease of carry. It is fantastic as a master overview but not something I could easily carry with me to the store. Guess I could play with resizing the printables.
I ordered my printables, printed them out, got them in my folder......I'm ready!!!! Lol

I love this, but I'm going to add a calendar for November and December to help me plan - I don't use a planner for the rest of my year, but I get overwhelmed from Thanksgiving through New Years if I don't have a visual in front of me. I put in school events for my grandson, what day to decorate the tree and when I'm going to get together with friends, when I'm going to do my baking, the Christmas parade - all those types of things.

This is great! You could add a one page budget overview where you can track the total amount you want to spend/have spent on different things like gifts, decor, food, etc.

just a thought possibly add for the future, if you have to mail gifts a page to put recipient, address and when to ship by date, maybe even mode of shipping. For example I have to mail gifts to Atlanta each year for my great niece and nephews and I have to make sure they are shipped by a certain time to make sure they get there. Another page idea is wrapping you bought the gifts did you wrap them, where have you stored them if you bought them ahead of time. even something to keep record of what you have in terms of wrapping stuff ( paper, tissue paper, ribbon, boxes etc...)

Do you budget Christmas gift money monthly? How do you budget for them?
Yes! We usually purchase something every paycheck starting around March or April. I have a video talking about it last year if you want to check it out. :)
Can you send it instead downloading it? I’m not so good with downloading a document 😔
