I just learned from one interview of Paul Sapiera and Ez Mill that they are father and son. No doubt that the son is good in music too.

Paul Sapiera of Rockstar band was one of my fave vocalists back in the day. mid 90s. He's really great performing live. Very high range. Parting time was an anthem of broken-hearted people back then.

This is my theory why filipinos are good singers. Its the NOISE pollution, its loud everywhere to the point that they have to speak louder in order to communicate, hence their vocal cords and lungs are trained every moment they speak.
