Man Bradley is a champ.. I can't keep up the camera energy when someone is watching me. Can't imagine having a friend clowning me while I'm trying to shoot 😂 a seasoned pro!
Love Chuds and love the behind the scene’s! I know he loves a gold top, I know he loves his job, what I really needed to see is what his process is to clean the ultra famous Chud Table between raw and cooked meat! Please share. Love the channel.
I also do TH-cam BBQ videos and I tought I was the only one suffering from coming and going for stuff to the kitchen, cleaning, recording, struggling with the camera, but now I know, I'm not alone!, keep up the good work Joe.!
Just found this. Thank you for that video, it shows that even successful youtubers have a bit of a struggle making videos. It can be a grind to put everything together, record and edit. I enjoyed this and it was insightful and inspiring.
MJY, I love this content. Being a fellow nor’easterner, I would love to meet Brad! We are an interesting breed. Please let him know next time you chat, that I enjoy all of his content and especially the sausage videos as I do a lot off his inspiration. I cannot wait for hunting season to play with some of his recipes and techniques to make wild game sausages. Both of you guys are legends!
Joe, I’m a new subscriber your content is stellar BTW! I learned a couple of valuable things from this video. 1. I have mad respect for those of you who put out the content that you do. 2. I was thinking of starting a TH-cam channel in my specialty of skill which is “Making” & Gardening kind thing. I’m now really re thinking that, as I don’t think I have the patience for all of the multiple shots and stopping and starts… When I get going, it’s hard to stop. Brad & Chud’s BBQ is how I found your channel.
ah man, thanks man. yea, it is a lot of work. i always suggest for people what want to start a youtube channel, "don't think about the money. think about what you want to say." as long as you have a desire to share information with other people about what you know or what you're curious about then i think it's worthwhile. i think that everyone is looking for a platform to express themselves: singing, writing, story telling, cooking, etc. if you have a want to make videos then just do it for fun.
Appreciate it. It’s definitely not easy, but it is enjoyable. Best way to help out is to like all the videos, share the channel with your friends and ask them to do the same. Thanks so much for watching!
Hey Bro, I just purchased a pellet smoker as I dip my toe into BBQing. My plan is to get a offset at some point but trying to learn basics first. Also cooking on my weber kettle. I would like to venture into recording some of these things as I proceed. Thank you for the video and showing us your experience. One day it would be great to have a chat.
I made my first tutorial type video the other day and it was hard to lose the ego and self consciousness but I just needed to break the ice and get one done, ps love your channel brother
I grew up in Texas, live in the CHI burbs now...learned how to weld, built two tortilla presses and now building a mini chudbox pro! Hit me up on insta @timarland if you ever need a TX brisket and don't have time to go down to AUS!
Brad has that gift of being funny, even when he's not trying to be 🤣 Thanks for posting this Joe!
Chud has become one of my favorite TH-camrs! Thanks for sharing!
