You two are the best! You pay attention to details that others would call ‘stuff’ if they even noticed! Fascinating house… but I wonder if they chose to be hoarders or if they just got too old and infirm to get rid of things? xx
This makes me feel so sad. Hoarding like this and having to live in this chaos. Mental health issues are no joke, it’s helpful to see this documented as it raises awareness of these terrible situations. The home was probably so beautiful once. There are some unique things inside the house it’s amazing to see. Thank you Sam and Jess for a very interesting explore! Xx
😮 this place was insane the hoarding is on the next level. They seem like eccentric people and very educated. Another amazing exploring Sam and Jess love the cinematography and music you put in all your videos ❤
When you see a place like this it's very sad as it goes to show how small someone's world can truly become. They have literally blocked themselves out of places in their own home limiting their own space to their final days.
I nearly had a panic attack looking at all that stuff. In my short life I've seen too much and lived too much. Before I was diagnosed with a terminal illness I became a minimalist. What I own could fit in a trash bin. I wonder what causes these wonderful deceased people to feel the need to hide in their homes filled to the brim with things. It makes me tear up a bit. Jess... you were calling me 'Annie' in the live chat and I got so emotional, my mom used to call me Annie instead Anne. My mom passed awhile ago. It was so nice to hear, thank you. I want a movie night with "Twilight"! :)
truly sad to see what should be a beautiful home instead is a hoarding nightmare , keep up the great work sam & jess , hope to see yall soon doing another video with karl , lottie , john , and ben or all of the above lol love the collaboration videos yall all do together , always a good time !
Sam and Jess the cobweb police checking old houses with prolific spider activity . That knife you found was an ceramonial dagger worn by high ranking Nazis , it had the eagle and swastica on the hilt . What a terrific place to explore , I could spend days in there and find a new secret every hour . Thank you for the most interesting video, Stuart in Canada ..
That was insane. The things inside of the house was unreal. Sad that no body Takes the clothes and donates them to poor country s. Great find Jess.and Sam ❤
OMG, this house was making me so crazy, I can't imagine how you felt being in there. they either turned their house into a charity shop or bought a lot of things from one and just hoarded everything. some of the chemicals Vanadyl sulphate is for lowering blood sugar levels, improves the performance of insulin, Ammonium chloride is used for bloating, cramps, weight gain, or treating urinary tract infections. Flower of sulfur, for gardening or homeopathic remedies, Kalium Chloratum is for inflammation, of the mucous membranes, gastrointestinal urogenital and respiratory systems, it seems like someone was or trying to be a chemist or is a chemist or their own Dr for whatever ails them. I hope this helps, thanks Sam and Jess. Love from N.Y.
Seeing this makes me so sad for the memories that are lost when people just vanish. Everything in there meant something to someone at one time. Now it is all just junk.
Wow, what a place! Great explore, so much to take in, it almost reminds me of the two hoarder brothers (Boston? idk). One observation about the bottles of chemicals (maybe he was a chemist?) is that there are very few repeats and they cover a great span of years, possibly the gent was more into the bottles than what was inside them, and scientific stuff that was antique before he was old. By the number of sets of scales around the place it seems that he enjoyed old scales too. I'd love to hear the story behind this trove of eccentric treasures, almost like maybe they ran a few stores, like second hand/vintage clothes and oddities, who knows but I find stuff like this most fascinating. Thank you so much for a most respectful explore! (ya have a new fan from Canada, cheers!) Now to read through the comments to see if any light has been shed on the history behind this hoard.
Loved every second if thus. Fascinating pace. I reckon a chemist if pharmacologist had this pace. These people seem to live on another plain to us. Material objects and items are totally irrelavent compared to what is possible in the minds and feilds of vision. Wonderful explore. I am so grateful to have even able to view it. Thank you Sam and Jess. Much love Nan X X 💙
So glad you enjoyed it Nanny 🥰🥰 You all make it possible, thankful for you all everyday ❤❤ Looking forward to the next premier 🎉 Sending both our love 🥰🥰
At 27:46 Sam finds a dagger. It looks like a German Heer Dagger that the Nazi army used. The only thing I noticed is the ring the eagle is holding onto doesn't have a swastika in the middle of it, or maybe it's just covered in dirt over the years. Maybe it was removed on purpose in hopes of hiding the identity of it / the person. Possible war criminal? Regardless, it's rather amazing. I would definitely go back and retrieve if you can because if it is real, it's worth a lot.
Most people’s families can’t wait to sell a deceased family members home etc as they want the money so maybe most of these abandoned places the owners never had any living relatives 🤔
Years ago I led a team to clean out some hoarders homes and got an education on it. One two story with a basement, attic and six large out buildings took ten days of sorting, saving, burning and filling four very large dumpsters, each one took eighty yards of trash to the landfill. The best thing about the whole experience was the feeling of compassion for the folks that lived in all the junk for years. Watching you go through the home brought back a lot of memories!🫣😲
It's so sad when people can't cope with their lives and vegetate in such a mess. I also heard from an old man around here. When his wife died he got depression and lived in such a mess too. A church institution therefore took care of accommodating him in a nursing home. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case.
Omg I have nearer seen so so much stuff, someone highly Educated, this was so interesting to watch thank you so much Sam and jess for sharing much appreciated you guy's are the best 🙋♀️🙏👏👏👏🇬🇧🥰
Hi guys. You said the name of the artist, Tom Purvis. I looked him up and he indeed was a painter and from the U.K. Thought you should know. Love your channel.
I've had a friend pass his office at his shop . Was all organized. In 2 years time the rats tore everything off the shelves and made is floors look like this chewed up everting that was easy to get too.
I actually knew a scientist like this. His lab and office was chaos. The home was fine since his wife kept it very tidy, poor man later in life passed away with Alzheimer disease so I think it was gradually affecting him.
I liked that the clothes were hung up instead of all over the floor. Nice clothes too! Love all the old medicine bottles an scales. Wonder if there was a laboratory hidden in there somewhere. Thanks guys for taking another one for the team!!!!
And there is Sam at the computer 🙂 so sad to see. Must have been difficult for the lady and gentleman to move around in their older years. Great find, guys, and thank you for going over everything so we get to see all the unusual and great items in the house 🙂 xx
WOW!!! What an interesting place👍👍👍Amazing to see the variety of different stuff!! From enough clothing to cloth so many, enough books for a good size library, crazy mad nicknaks, and then all the odd chemicals/ items that appear someone was a pharmacist or into holistic care on their own😳😳😳 Mention of a fire there got me worried, that'd be quite bad!! Thank you for your hard work going thru this place, quite dangerous with their collections of spiders🕷🕸🕸🕷 Always the best explores Sam & Jess💕💕💕
Hi Lovies! I did have some cool stuff. It’s just sad how the mind goes and starts to hoard. Looks like some of those were from Victorian times. Collected. That was a really expensive sewing machine and she had an embroidery machine. And then in that same room there was a shuttle for a loom that was somewhere. That would’ve been claustrophobic with all that stuff in there and then add that cobwebs to that. I don’t know how you did it. The more I watch you guys the more I realize I am horrified by spiders. And you have seen some epic ones over the years. How fascinating. Really like the music choice too. Thank you guys for enduring going through this. It was really really interesting with all of his stuff or her stuff. It might’ve been beautiful and it’s day. Sending love.💜🤟🏻😎🎄🇺🇸
loved the video even though didn't get to watch it until now. So sad I missed the live. High light of my week. I figured best i take hubby to have cancer spots taken off arm, didn't think he would like it if i said couldn't take him because we wouldn't be home in time for your live 😅
Jess , when u filmed & said 2 sewing machines, the first one was the 2nd is an overlocker . Which of course falls underneath a sewing title, it’s what is used on the edges to stop the fabric from Fraying. You may of already known this but put in comments in case u didn’t.anyways cool video 🫶🏻thanks fifi
Loved the intro Sam as soon as you speak I'm there..think you both needed face masks and gloves before going in..Welcome home guys this was brilliant ❤💙
I wonder if they owned the pharmacy that is listed on some of those bottles. It looks like he was compounding with those chemicals. But without real knowledge of the folks that lived there, it's all a guess. But it was interesting. It's too bad that these folks devolved into hoarding so badly...I know it happens, especially to older folks who worry about their security financially. I'm guessing there is either no family left or if they have family they're simply not interested in having to tackle this mess.
I'm sure the people that lived there were messy but all the crap on the floors was done by someone else they did not take anything for there were several things of value. But again you guys put up a great vid! and u 2 are so good together. I think Jess is very beautiful I love her facial expressions like I said you're a great couple wish u the best LIGHT and a quiet mind from the U.S.A.
That place has been abandoned a lot longer than 7 yrs. I think some squatters have been in there and left the more recent newspapers. They may have made a messy house messier looking for valuables. That place looks abandoned for about 20 yrs from the cobwebs. I would have to haul that crap out if I lived there. I couldn't stand it. They had a lot of nice things, love the china in the cabinet.
It looks like they had several "collections" started. One was apothecary jars. Ive bought several myself. Sometimes you can buy a whole "lot" of bottles at a time and thats what this appears to be. Like the curiosity was apothecary items. The old scale was in a glass cabinet so meant for viewing over using. I have now decided in the future, I would rather see pictures or vids of the jars then actually collecting them. What a heart breaking existence for these poor souls. I actually felt fear for you both in that house.
What a Gem really. So many treasures 😉 I'm happy you two found this before Destroyers did 👍 Oh My the cob webs 😱 Yikes!!! I like her already ☺ her clothes wigs she was Stylin!!! ❤As soon as you both got around the corner I thought of Professor Snapes storage room 😉 lol!!! Love books & would love to go thru the old books. Now theres a treasure ☺ Oh I could spend hours in there. The scales & weights are so cool! Thank you for sharing this find with us. Another Awesome episode! Happu Safe Travels ☺ ❤✌ could that gown be a ritual robe I wonder?!? One of those things that make you go..hmmmm..... 😉
From the outside it looks like a fairy tale house forgotten in time. Then you go inside. And it's like a nightmare. I'm sure the people that were living in the air were suffering from some form of mental illness. Bless their heart.
@@williebeamish5879 I have watched a lot about hoarders , it is usually triggered thur lost of loved ones or if they lost everything in a fire 🔥.Hence they try filling in their pain with items , As for a cure it’s just like someone who has drinking problems if they can admit it & want to stop. So I have seen updates on the people a year later some never pick it back up others do 🫶🏻fifi what an interesting thing to find
Im wondering if they had some sort of shop? if the shop closed down and they had to store the stuff in their home that could be why it looks like a hoard lol but i agree, so much stuff could be saved and passed on to people who need it, thats sad to see, id love to be able to buy places like this and donate the things inside to those who need it
Noticed the perching chair sitting in the middle of kitchen so this person was probably disabled and unable to clean or tidy things away. How sad, I've seen houses in this state before because they don't want to ask for help.
Sam, you and Jess needs to start wearing more clothes and gloves to protect yourselves from spiders. You two are awesome! I couldn't imagine living in that mess. Stay safe and love ya both! Great video!
Such an incredible place. Makes me wish I were a rich man. Would be an amazing place to bring to modern age. I'd keep majority of this stuff. Display it. Obviously there's a bunch of trash in there as well. but most of it is interesting.
Vanadyl sulfate is a mineral used to treat insulin resistance and prediabetes, znd diabetes. It works similer to insulin in lowering blood sugar levels.
I had the feeling when you guys were going here to there that you could smother in there. It's sad. When they realized it, maybe it's to late to do anything if they fall ill. Sometimes their sick and weak for 20 years. And people send books, cookies, chocolates and they just stack it. The place was nice once, I'm sure. Too bad 🌷
Found you guys through your trips with Karl and Dark Arts tv. It's sad to see because you can tell that this house isn't ransacked but actually someone lived like this 😕
I’ve watched you for over a year now and every time I see aged history books of any kind dating before the 1800’s I wish so much you could grab them. I’ve studied our past real history starting from old maps and in the last year I have found that we are in a reset from Roman times and the starting of the Catholic and other religions that was never taught prior. Our history is sad compared to our true history that is so wonderful and exciting. I would like you to consider looking out for them. There were so many left behind in the Tartarian castles that Bros of Decay went through not knowing that they belonged to a past civilization before us. It was fun to watch several explorers wonder why there were no toilets and that’s because these people were different than us, they were taller and had a different digestive system. The high ceilings and doorways were very high and their architecture was detailed and beautiful, they used sacred geometry in building that gave off a frequency of well being, just like the old cathedrals that are still standing in places today.
What a very interesting house. It's a shame that the clothes are still there. They need to donate them to a thrift store. Amazing at how much stuff was left behind. Take care 🙂 💕 💜 ❤
Wonder if they owned a store with all the clothes racks. Some knew a lot about herbs maybe for natural healing. How old were the people who lived there wish you could find out more and let us know.
She (whoever "she" was) may have been a seamstress (along your line of question). The two sewing machines are different, I believe (but I could be wrong), the smaller one is like one my mother had called a "surger" it finished edges, or something, IDK. but she (my mom) was a home seamstress
It happened again. I believe I heard another evp very quietly a woman's voice that said dangerous instruments as you were listing some of those apothecary jars contents. I wonder if anyone else picking these up ? I'd be really interested to know
Wow guys what a great video really enjoyed this explore what an amazing place so much stuff and so many chemicals but wow 😳 brilliant video well done 👍 keep up the good work 👍 can't wait for the new series on Mon take care 😘🤗 much love 💕
So glad the picric acid bottle appeared empty. Toxic to touch, inhalation, unstable and explosive if allowed to dry out. Should always be stored beneath water.
Wow! I don't know where to start! First off...these people were very interesting 🤔! Second off... they were very interesting!!! I saw at least 5 caftans I know came from Egypt! I used to be a belly dancer. A person's eyes get trained for things like that. Lol. I read some of the book titles. Such a wide variety of subject matters. Sometimes very intelligent people don't have time to clean. Too bad they didn't have or want help. When people have many interest they tend to collect items. Anyway, great content!!! I wonder if it's haunted? 👻🎉 Love you bunches 😘
I'm thinking that one of you should take locksmith training and bring some picking tools to each explore. It might help you get into places or see what's behind locked doors or maybe get you arrested is another possibility LOL. But I'm terribly curious about what's behind locked doors in otherwise long deserted homes and palaces.

Very sad people live like this. Here in America several people who were hoarder's died when the ceilings crashed on them . Terrible.
Great video Sam & Jess, the coin in the frame is a £5.00 coin ,for the Queen Mother silver jubilee in 1977.
Oh wow!! 😍
Your such a sweetheart couple beautiful vibes 💕✨
Thanks for another fascinating explore.
Anthracene is used in the making of dyes. Ammonium is used to control and relieve the symptoms of of acute diarrhea.
Im wondering if they had some sort of shop? if the shop closed down and they had to store the stuff in their home that could be why it looks like a hoard lol but i agree, so much stuff could be saved and passed on to people who need it, thats sad to see, id love to be able to buy places like this and donate the things inside to those who need it
I wondered the same
Hi iam new to your chanel this is one of best places i have seen are the people who lived there still alive some where
Noticed the perching chair sitting in the middle of kitchen so this person was probably disabled and unable to clean or tidy things away. How sad, I've seen houses in this state before because they don't want to ask for help.
Amazing place wow. Great find guys
They left quickly to work on getting justice for Johnny.

German Luftwaffe eagle on the dagger finger guard, is WW2, 1939 to 1945.
Not even Tutan Kamun could take his worldly goods with him.
We leave all our material rubbish behind us.
It's sad to see because you can tell that this house isn't ransacked but actually someone lived like this 😕
Wow so much stuff interesting house tho x
Can't wait to see this guys 👍💖 hope yr both well and enjoying yr road trip 👍c u in the premier 👍
Sending our love Hayley 🥰🥰🥰
What a very interesting house. It's a shame that the clothes are still there. They need to donate them to a thrift store. Amazing at how much stuff was left behind. Take care 🙂 💕 💜 ❤
I wouldn’t fancy emptying that house out what a job
Awesome this guys
Wonder if they owned a store with all the clothes racks. Some knew a lot about herbs maybe for natural healing. How old were the people who lived there wish you could find out more and let us know.
She (whoever "she" was) may have been a seamstress (along your line of question). The two sewing machines are different, I believe (but I could be wrong), the smaller one is like one my mother had called a "surger" it finished edges, or something, IDK. but she (my mom) was a home seamstress
Greetings from Pennsylvania!!! 😎 👍
It happened again. I believe I heard another evp very quietly a woman's voice that said dangerous instruments as you were listing some of those apothecary jars contents. I wonder if anyone else picking these up ? I'd be really interested to know
This house kinda looks like a thrift store with interesting stuff In it great video sam and jess .

another awsome explore
I love WWII History that dagger is German and it Appears that someone has removed the Reich symbol.
What a crazy house..so interesting as iam a scientist too x
Los dos tienen bonita voz narrativa
so many valuables, surley finders keepers, i wouldnt be able to not take stuff.
I'm thinking that one of you should take locksmith training and bring some picking tools to each explore. It might help you get into places or see what's behind locked doors or maybe get you arrested is another possibility LOL. But I'm terribly curious about what's behind locked doors in otherwise long deserted homes and palaces.
