remember that people who love you wont leave you or try to change you. so if he wanted out, he just did you a favor, you deserve someone who loves you for real and you will find that when you least try and expect it. i always say to people, stop trying to find somebody to love, be that somebody you love, start with self care, self love, heal yourself, work on yourself, enjoy life and everything else will follow. you cannot force love or relationships. they should always come naturally. being alone is better than setteling for someone who dont love you or makes your life less fun.

Hi lisa..Regarding a dog..I had a dog about 20yrs ago. He was a Siberian husky. I had a construction crew and my dog went to work with me everyday. He was part of the crew.He was like a son to me. When he passed away It tore my heart out. I've not had a dog since. I don't want to feel that pain again. I recommend a smaller dog for your apartment. Big dogs like to have room to run. That's my story. Luv you.Keep up the good work...❤

Can you make a video sharing what visa options there are for foreigners who wants to live in Russia and maybe stay for 6 months to 1 year studying the language, working remotely or volunteering? For example, you might contact some Russian language academies for foreigners and become their affiliate by promoting them in your video, and the same with the other institutions while giving to your viewers a very valuable information and links, saving us a lot of time of research.
I would like to go to live to Russia, but I would like the first time to stay for around 6 months to get used to it while I work remotely online, but there are some VISA issues for staying longer than 3 months, so I heard we can stay longer if we can prove we are taking any official 6 months or 1 year long course at any official educational institution. But I don't know which one and how to find them.

The thing about tiles is you need to remember they are glazed, they means a thin layer of glass effectively. That mean not much is going to stick to it and you can use quite aggressive chemicals to make them shine like new. The only thing you don't want to do is use abrasives on them, for while it is a layer of glass it is a very thin layer and you can easily scratch it if you are not careful.
Otherwise, happy to see you happy and you are embracing spring and meeting new people.

Did you get a stiff neck from painting ceilings? Sometimes after paint ceilings you keep your head in an unusual posture causing an ache.

They have a lot of foreign cars in Russia John. I'm an Aussie and on my first trip to Russia I saw a Greg Norman limited edition Holden Statesman in Moscow.
My first trip was in December 2002 to New Year 2003.
I will be moving there to be with my wife within a few months. It's a nice friendly place to live.

You are cheerful and happy which make you easy to watch and thanks for dragging us along on your journeys!
You have some water damage in your ceiling. That usually indicates a leak in the roof. If your roof has been replaced, then I would suggest that you scrape away the raised edges, sand it down until it is level, use an adhesive patch and get a puddy trowel of about 3 to 4 '', use joint compound only ( that comes in powder form or bucket 🪣 ready made) make a thin layer once one stroke. Wait to dry, then repeat this step until you nolonger see drywall patch. Once dried, sand it down useing drywall sandpaper and add some more compound if needed.
Then paint the ceiling with 3 in 1 primer sealer/ceiling paint. The primer kills any bacteria that forms with water spots

11:15 oh, I’ve been there done that last year. It was a really nasty break 💔up and kind of soured a pretty good half of my summer until I went to Germany with and goofed off with the boys and found the new girl there so soon heading to Lithuania

After all that you said, i think getting a puppy is an excellent idea! I just don't agree with buying one. I think there are plenty of stray and rescued dogs in shelters, that you can adopt. I am following a lot of animal shelters and individuals from Moscow, and i am looking forward to volunteering if i will be able to live in Moscow, just like i do in Greece.
So i would only ask you to adopt a puppy, if you please :)

Because they don't have to deal with worthless EU regulations that make our cars 10x more expensive.

@@natyrusa Cars in Russia are cheaper (not by 10x, I was over exaggerating there :D) but they also have bigger, more powerful engines. Cheapest new cars in EU now go for about 15k eur (1.5 million rubles) for a small 60kw three cylinder without any extras. Used cars also go up in value nowadays, instead of down.
I feel the weather have change in New York State it used to snow 200 feet of Snow and can’t see in front of the windshield and not cold 🥶 like it used to we could drive on the ice on the lake and you can’t no more Lisa now we have lots more rain you be safe mine friend

@@natyrusa I am mainly listening to TH-camrs and write messages with translator in the livestream. It is fun. Through chat groups I can learn a lot of things. I know that there are famous singers. For me it is interesting to hear the melodies und sound of the language. This touches my heart and soul. I have to learn a lot about the language. The fascination for music is my motivation. Do you know Jenny Ann? @jenny_ann . She is very talented and has a powerful voice with passion and enjoyment of life. 🎶❤️🤞🏻

@@lisa_with_love I'm glad you're doing well. Here in UK we have to be nostalgic too. We're poorer and it's harder to travel since we left the EU. So many of us make the best of holidays here, like our grandparents did, instead of going abroad.

I remember first seeing these "Podstakanniks" in the movie "The Hunt for Red October!" Captain Rameus made them famous when he used to drink his tea from them aboard the "The Shark" which is a gigantic Soviet nuclear submarine. I think it's an Typhoon class sub.
I read the book which was initially quite exciting.
I remember "Victor" the Capitan of the Alfa Class submarine.
A Russian Captain decided to defect to the West in his Typhoon class sub.
Victor was a asigned the position to hunt him down in his Alfa Class sub which was made from titanium and had some unusual nuclear reactor.

Then, when you do use cosmetics. You look stunning
These days they use the big tiles not small tiles. I like the glossy tiles that are really big. Research tiling. Maybe you can do it yourself Lisa. Now everything is easier with those plastic spacers.
You still need to know how to trowel and the correct technique though.
You need to know how to trowel the mortise.
When you push the tile into the wall the walls of mortise collapse into the voids of the mortise which is underneath the tile.
It has to be done right otherwise voids make the tiles weak and easy to crack.
You could get a beautiful mirror and new basin.
You can buy also buy a new vanity 750mm wide, 900mm or whatever will fit into your bathroom.
Learn a little plumbing.
Ideally that ugly pipe needs to be within the wall.
You need an exhaust fan also something that is capable of moving enough moist air.
Just measure the length, height, and width and work out the cubic meters needed to self the right fan.
Its a wet area which means you need to water proof it with a special paint and a membrane.
It has to be done right though otherwise it could leak.
Anyway there are plenty of videos on TH-cam which show you how it's done.

I want to bring my humble tribute and to honor Great Mother Russia, by dedicating to all those with Russian heart, soul and spirit a stanza that I composed in Romanian language some years ago. I want you to guess to what melody the Romanian verses fit (I put also an English addapted translation):
