Did not know about the 2 entre limit. Interesting. Glad to see some control over food waste. Great video.
Food waste is problematic in the buffet area. I don’t want to be limited on why I try in the MDR, especially if I don’t like my first order. I am a cruiser and usually the MDR has tapas plates more often than not. So, the limit on entrees in the MDR is not something I favor.
Do you just cut into the whole cakes on the buffet if you want some or is it just a display?
If I remember correctly they pre-portion slices for everyone

Do they serve sushi at the Oceanview Cafe on the Celebrity Reflection?
Not while I was on-board at least. Only place for sushi in aware of was the Sushi on 5 restaurant.
The buffet stations are a bit of a wreck. Looks like someone's toddlers rampaged through them and left lunch on the counter tops. Kind of puts me off.
Did you see anything labeled VEGAN? Or a separate menu for vegans?
Yes the buffet has a lot of items specifically labeled vegan. This cruise brand is very good about dietary preferences
