    Great informative video...
    I've recently had Bilateral Knee Replacement Surgery, and I'm using the same icing machine. To simplify the process, freeze eight 16oz bottles of water in your freezer. You'll actually be using only four at a time...
    The remaining four are for rotation purposes. Start by placing four frozen plastic bottles of water in the ice machine reservoir, and simply add cold faucet water to the line. Secure the lid, and you're ready to go! You do not need to switch the other frozen bottles until the next day you plan on using the machine, as the water stays at a good, cold temperature, throughout the day!

      The drainage procedure seems to be complex. I don't see this procedure with other ice packs.

      @@gosman949 Drainage is only needed when you're done using the device and going to store it away. I've been using mine for 4 days now, and I don't drain it.

      Thanks for the advice, I'm using the machine now after an arthroscopy. I'll be using the frozen water bottles now.

    I received mine today, love this quiet machine, I did order an aftermarket boot style attachment, but unfortunately, it did not fit. I hope that is in the near future.

    Why no sound? I can't have an idea of how quiet it REALLY is. Makes me feel it's not that quiet now...

    I just bought this unut for my wifes upcoming knee surgery, it also comes with a black pad with velcro straps and blue lettering AQUA but nowhere does it show in the instructions does it show how you use it, it is just a pad, doesn't circulate water

    • @ViveHealth
      @ViveHealth  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ron! The water should be circulating. There are 2 tubes, one is an inflow and one is an outflow for the water in the reservoir. If you are experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service via phone call or email. You can find the contact information here 👉 vhealth.link/jjy

    Do I put something on my skin to protect from the cold if so what? It was too cold.

    • @ViveHealth
      @ViveHealth  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you chose the Vive Ice Therapy Machine, we include a cloth we call a 'Protective Barrier' for you to use between the pad and your skin. If this was too thin for your preference, you can use something thicker, like a hand towel.
      We hope this was helpful!

    Hey Vive, my unit suddenly stopped working correctly. Display comes on but when I hit play, it beeps, and display turns off and on quickly but unit won't start. Any troubleshooting tips? I've done basic troubleshooting of reconnecting, changing outlets etc.

      Hi Carolyn! The numbers you are seeing are the temperature of the water in Fahrenheit and Celsius.

    Where do I purchase replacement pads? Your website doesn't have them. Can I use a universal pad? Thanks.

    Is it possible for the machine to run all night

    • @ViveHealth
      @ViveHealth  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is not recommended to ice an injury more than 30 minutes at a time, so the machine will shut off every 30 minutes.

    What a joke! Just buy a cooling pad and freeze it every 10-15 min to keep it cold
