Hi there, i recently purchase a Polar 3.0 for me knee. I've generally been very happy with the product. However, my polar device has a tendency to leak where the tubing inserts onto the knee sleeve. It's starts dripping the moment i turn in out and forms a puddle within 10 minutes. I've checked numerous times to ensure there's no kinks or bends & that all the attachments are secure. The leak of water is persistent. I hope you can help! Thank you :)
If the leak coming from the area where the where the tubing connects to the pad, a new pad may be needed. Please call or email our customer service team and we will definitely be able to help. Hi Joe! Yes, you can absolutely do that. Many people use their systems while in bed to get cooling through the night, and that's a great way to avoid any kinks or bends in the insulated tubing. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll be happy to help!
Apologize for the delayed reply, but I don't see why you couldn't. We do recommend having something to protect the skin, such as clothing or bandaging.

If this is used while in bed, can the resovior be elevated in a chair next to the bed?
