- Not quite as well known or popular as psilocybin or Lysergic, Metocin, or "synthetic mushrooms(4ACO also has this nickname)" is a really interesting psychedelic. Known for it's easy going headspace and being visually focused, it may be the best option for people trying to trip recreationally, or for artists to get inspiration without necessarily battling any demons. This is the story of two trips put into one report, and I feel like I only dipped my toes in the water. Get more information about it!

@@MustBeArnold I think 4 ho has a lot of untapped potential for sure. I mostly think it could be used for artistic inspiration. There are trip reports on erowid where people encounter strange entities at higher doses. So there is probably some spiritual value you can get from it for sure.

Yup. I think it has huge potential!
I prefer 4-Ho-Met over psilocybin. I found the same thing as you: that you can still do shadow work yet it still has a playful aspect. Psilocybin is powerful but the visions are less grounded. I find it very easy to lose track of a set intention with it. 4-Ho-Met feels more grounded, which makes it better for trauma (IMO). I made connections right away with it I never could before despite many shroom trips. Plus it kicks in FAST, has the most incredible visuals, and does so without all of the anxiety or nausea that mushrooms give. Great compound!
yes I agree with all of what you said. It's really great. Similar to the impulse of people in the 60s to give LSD to artists, I want to do that with 4HO. And musicians, imagine jamming and hallucinating on this stuff and the visuals interact with the sound and vice versa.
Just had my first 4-HO-MET experience last weekend, I really enjoyed it; it was visually colorful and was never mentally overwhelming

@@Ecirotrot123 dunno if you’re asking me or Austin. But I’m pretty sure I started out with 15 mg and then took another 5 booster dose. Then the second time started with 20. So really just dipped my toes in but had a great time

@@AppleOfThineEye yeah i just mean when I’m trying to describe something that feels beyond words, it often feels really clumsy but to someone else it might sound eloquent. It depends on the situation, I can surprise myself if I can lock into a flow state

After many 1000ug+ lsd trips you can definitely see that physical movements do cause a kind of ripple effect through physical reality, all our movements leave an echo through universal consciousness.
I also experience synaesthesia quite significantly on large amounts of LSD.
Totally! And I have made a video about a time I saw the Beatles auras while I was listening to their psychedelic album revolver. And on mushrooms I saw people doing alchemy. So I think actions like those with a spiritual essence are imprinted even stronger. Very interesting topic, I appreciate your comment.

I think some people require bigger doses because of metabolism or whatever, either way that is a lot.
this is interesting. I'm pretty sure I became something like that guy who talked about during meditation one night. I was something like a digital (or animated) prince of infinity for a while and he just sort of hung out within me, or as one with me, for a while and told me some things that I won't share here. the whole time though I had this sense that he missed his wife very much and just wanted to be with her. it was an interesting perspective

I don’t know exactly, but my friends used the dark web and they are very rigorous about their sources. You can probably find someone who knows how to do that. But don’t trust anyone you don’t know online. Bots and scammers abound.
Hey Tyler! I love the 4 sub tryptamines but I find the dosing hard to nail down with my Gemini scale. It seems to be the go to MG scale but doesn’t seem too reliable.
I like 4acodmt and have some “colors” in waiting to dip into soon.
The effects of psilo analogues seem so much wavier in intensity vs LSD.. on moment i could convince myself I was near sober and then the next the headspace is deep again, back and forth
Hey!! And yeah, my friends who gave it to me got pretty good at eyeballing the dose and THEN checking it with a scale. That’s a pretty good skill to have but on its own is unreliable and risky. That’s so interesting about the wavy headspace. It’s like standing on the shores of a psychedelic ocean

What’s up I tried penis envy shrooms with my friend Matthew a couple days ago. It was 2grams and my first shroom trip. I had a good time trip sitting my two friends one on lsd as well. Me and mat took 2grams I had a good fun time filled with laughter but also had to keep my friends in check because mat was having stomach problems and the other couldn’t breath. I’ve realized after a lot of trips that I’m an amazing trip sitter even when I’m high as well. Keep up these videos never heard of this psychedelic!

For example in my lsd video I was starting to have ego death and it was terrifying and my friend who was trip sitting held my hand and it totally turned my trip around. It led to the most beautiful trip of my life and it’s probably the reason I’m making these videos now. So yeah trip sitters are mega important.

@@d-nice8834 my first recommendation is to try to remind yourself that you’re on a drug and that this is temporary. Part of the horror is feeling like you might never return or losing sense of time so it feels infinite. Another thing would be to have someone ready to call that knows your tripping. Even if you’re alone make sure someone knows about it and ask if they can be your lifeline if things go south. The last thing is I saw there’s a psychedelic hotline now in Austin. Look up fireside project psychedelic hotline and save that number.

7:07 I wonder what the imprint of physical movents would be of a total stranger to you. Are those imprints of your friends a compilation of their moves you ve witnessed all together? It reminds me of looking at some old oil paintings i did (while on a small amount of a psychedelic substance of course) and i could see the features moving the way i ve been changing/correcting them during the drawing prossess. It was almost i could see the hidden layers of paint beneath . I believe i saw that because the memory of the proccess is somewhere deep in my mind and this trip surfaced it.
That’s super interesting. I definitely had memories of that friend being on computers a lot, and his girlfriend I think was based more on that moment. That’s super interesting about your painting.

Would you say that this substance would be able to change music taste? I already tried cannabis, psilocybin and lsd in hopes to like these specific albums because of how influential they are but had no success. Plus I didn’t really find the experiences helpful or enjoyable, and I found out about this chemical and heard that it’s forgiving, now I’m just looking for a proper trip spot since I’m a bit hesitant to dose with this.
Ahhh ok. I don’t really know about the music taste thing. I’m leaning towards no because I think that’s such a personal thing. I think you might hear something outside of your usual wheelhouse and be more open to it if you’re having a pleasant trip. Also sometimes it takes hearing a record a few tries to absorb the totality of it. It might just be something you don’t vibe with in the end. I commend you for trying so hard to appreciate them.
4 ho is definitely a full blown trip, but relatively speaking you feel more like your normal you, who just happens to be getting psychedelic waves of vision and euphoria. Yep glad you’re making sure set and setting is legit!
Quick question: where can I find that background art from your thumbnail? I've seen a lot of psychedelic geometry art, but that is by FAR one of the closest I've seen to post peak lysergamides!

I don't think a small dose is considered 20mg, that would be a fairly standard dose IMO.
Gotcha, yeah I am still not familiar with the dosing, my friend measured it out so I’m foggy on the details.

I tried it first time and it was not pleasurable, loss of control, I hD to lie down on bed and took a benzo to help me deal with it, lorazepam 2mg it did help a lot

@@jorgefelino damn I’m sorry to hear. Sometimes the smaller doses are uncomfortable because you’re on the cusp and you can kind of fight it or resist it. It could also be a personal reaction you had to the particular substance.

My advice start with baby dose ..get used to the feeling and visuals then later blast off...i started big scared myself took a long break then started doing lower doses and i love them..sometimes i.go big but its not necaserry its kinda overhyped to go big or go home..just try it first ...its awesomeeeeee

bouffée de chaleur
goutte de sueur : on sent très précisement le moment où elle sort de peau
très envie de ken
sensation de sentir son sang circuler au niveau des membres de mon corps (aussi le 5ème)
sensation de sentir ses os au niveau :
avant bras jusqu'au poignet
tibia jusqu'au pied
thorax
quand je ferme les yeux je vois plein de yeux qui me regardent de façon très net
puis hallucination de couleur vive les prochaines fois mais de manière floue
toucher :
mains ds les cheveux : sensations de sentir tous les cheveux de manière de détaillé
le tissus : idem
miroir :
je vois des versions différentes de moi-même : une avec des cicatrices sur le visage
euphorie (total):
énorme fou rire involontaire très fort : le rire n'était pas le mien et ressemblaIt un un clown fou de film (très badant durée 2h) quand je riais je ne pouvais pas m'empecher de faire passer ma main sur mon visage et de fermer les yeux ce qui me faisait voir des couleurs
ouîe :
ventilateur : sens très précisement mes tympas vibrer
greffe de tympan : ayant subie une greff de tympan j'ai senti en détail la cicatrice
conclusion : j'ai tout aimé à part le rire involontaire qui m'a fait un peu peur
