Euro Rig Tactics - First Spring Trip and The BIG Fish were Hungry!

Fly fishing a great river in the Colorado Rockies, spring 2022. Euro nymphing for big rainbow and brown trout. Had a ton of fun and caught the big trout on the bigger flies. It’s going to be an awesome year.

@@highholescramblers Not really. I haven’t been going fishing much lately. The last few time I’ve gone there wasn’t to much action. I was doing pretty good on trout a few months back though. It’s been 100f° lately so I’m sure that doesn’t help 🤣

Eeesh. Yeah the heat is crazy. Hope it cools down soon and you can hit the water. But either way, fall is maybe the best time of year to fish so we have that to look forward to!
