i use the bath mats in my sink as a dish protector . I buy several and cut to size when i need them

I did the same thing a couple of months ago. I couldn't find sink mats so when I saw the bath mat I said I can make this work.

@@CarlaQuattlebaumThey are small for a bath mat. I think someone with a large single sink would not even have to cut it. It is also a good size to travel with as some vacation places do not provide one

He is so funny, I liked how Matt talks about how the solar creatures were creepy to his kids and showing how the solar frog looked at night and it actually looked creepy got me laughing quite a bit 😂 I like how he is not afraid to say that things are cute, or that he loves his fans at the end of every video. I went to 2 different DTs and couldn't find the tape roll cutter 😢
The foaming shave cream is the best stain remover!!! Put a little on a stain and use a soft toothbrush to scrub it in. Best stain remover I've ever used. Even worked on paint that was washed and put in the dryer, still got every bit of paint out!!!

Shaving cream is supposed to be a good glass cleaner. Keeps mirrors from fogging. I haven't tried it, so not sure.
What kind of stains can you use it on? I'm intrigued! I had no idea shaving cream could be used as a stain remover - is it just the dollar tree brand or will any shave cream work?
Put some in a pair of shoes overnight and it will eliminate odor.

First let me say I do love your videos. But, Please stop telling people that the "Mason' style jars are good for home canning. This is a very dangerous thing to say. Using the wrong jars can cause a number of deadly issues, especially if they crack and do not seal properly it can cause botulism. Unless you can show that they have been tested for this use they should never be used for any kind of home canning. Water bath or pressure canning alike. Never ever use jars that haven't been tested for home canning purposes.
Hi Joan! Completely understand your point. The only reason I referenced canning is because that is how they officially described and sold from Dollar Tree as "canning jars" www.dollartree.com/glass-canning-jars-with-lids-16oz/196400. Hopefully they would proceed with caution before naming them that way, but you are smart to give people a heads up. Thanks

The car cup holder trash cans are the best items I've purchased at Dollar Tree.
Some grocery stores sell the exact same product for 5x the price.

Sometimes, it pays to check out you area supermarkets first. That $4 box of Michael Angelo's lasagna is just 10 oz. Tonight, I bought the 32 oz boxes, on sale, for $4.99, at Winn-Dixie.

That robo alive spider was originally sold at 5 below & walmart & is a fun toy for cats even tho they're meant for kids. My cat chases it around the floor. Would recommend taking out for play & putting away after or they may lose their legs😂

I bought the white shopping basket with the handles. I carry cleaning products around to different rooms with it. I loved your disclaimer that you have never been to a rager!
Like others have stated, sometimes I swear that places like DT, ALDI, etc have “staged stores” for content creators to make videos in…lol. Either way, wouldn’t miss your videos, thx so much…love to you & your family! Always a thumbs up!😊
I think it mostly depends if they're in new or pre-existing properties.

I use those flat dust pan & brushes for convenience since they r small & flat & I store 1 right at my cat's litter box & 1 on my outdoor porch so they r job & area specific & I don't have to go grab my main 1 for quick clean ups. A bit flimsy & can break so buyer beware but I love that they fit in tight spaces.
The soap dishes are also useful to put your watch, earrings or any other small stuff in when you go to bed and can use a color that goes well with your decor.
I love your videos! But I have to say, I can't recommend the kitchen garbage bags. They are a mere innuendo of a bag! I'd rather pay more for better quality at Target. Thanks for what you do, Deal Guy!
I just checked customer reviews on Amazon for the tape cutter, several people mentioned that it is very easy to cut yourself with it.
It was sharp haha! But once its on the tape, it is facing away from your hand so the blade wouldn't be able to cut you. Just be careful when placing on the tape roll

Right? That candy price is crazy! And the reading glasses are such poor quality I hesitated to buy them at $1.25, so I'll be ordering mine on Temu from now on.

I think it's going to be the beginning of the end for DT. We used to have a small local dollar store in town but once they were forced to go higher because of inflation, it was only a matte of time. DT came in behind them and obviously their logistics are better but inflation has caught them up and now they're just another store and I think DG has better logistics (and more of a presence around here). Not sure what's next. Maybe five below is ahead of the curve.
For the first time ever, I found myself actually watching this video a 2nd time in order to simply make a shopping list from all the great items you showed. I even went back to the February video in case there was anything on it I had forgotten to get. Thanks Matt!! YOU ROCK!!!

Those plastic pots don't stay on the shelves. I use them under regular pots (just don't punch out the bottom holes and you can use them without fear of your surface getting wet) to keep from getting drips and rings. But some I bought last week, then went back for more this week, were almost gone and limited colors.
In this flu and strep season it's very important to change your toothbrush when you're not contagious anymore, and Dollar Tree has lots of multi-packs of them (soft!). They aren't usually the ones you might normally buy but at that price you can use one temporarily and toss it.
Super important, I do the same!!

Those shower mats are great when the family travels. I buy a few to take on our trips to place in the shower or tub at any hotels we stay. Easy to pack in your suite case. The flip flops also comes in handy to use as slippers if you don't pack any and it's great to slip on getting out of the shower or bath. Toss away after our trip.
...Or keep them from trip to trip in the suitcase pocket so you always have them and not put more plastic in the landfill unnecessarily?

Wish one of our dollar stores in our area were this organized and clean and well stocked. We do not have this. I have stopped shopping at these tires as often as I used too.
We had a Dollar Tree open last month that is not far from us. This was good news to me since I always purchase the baskets or other containers to fill with stuff for easter for my grandchildren.
Adding a location within the store where these items can to found would be helpful, if possible. It's often hard to find an employee to assist in locating something.
I watch every one of these but my $Tree never has these things. Just enjoy Matt's videos 😊
None of my DTs ever have all the products you post. DT is continually raising their prices and still have shrinkflation going on. At what point does it make sense to keep shopping there all for corporate greed as usual? Thank you for all the work you 🥰

I was just at dollar tree, got some seasonings, a energy drink and two cartons shelf stable milk all a great deal
That shelf stable milk can be a lifesaver! Especially on those "too tired to really cook" tomato soup & grilled cheese night's. My DT has the larger Campbell's tomato & chicken noodles cans for $1.25. Might find them a couple cents cheaper elsewhere, but then I'd spend more money going in another store...cause there's always something irresistable...😁😵💫
I stock the shelf stable milk in my pantry.
Having the shelf stable milk ready in the pantry is a GODSEND 😀 -- a lot better than buying refrigerated milk and dumping half of it because it had spoiled so quickly (I only use milk occasionally). 😢
I like Dollar Tree's oat milk! It's also great quality, and is unsweetened!
If you have an Aldi or Lidl near you, their spice selection is better, mostly in refillable* glass jars, and mostly under a dollar.
Sad to me, because I used to point people at Dollar Tree for spices, but at $1.25 now, they're not the best deal.
*To refill, I get powdered spices at an Indian or Asian grocery.

If prices keep going up I will start going to family dollars. They still have dollar only products. This was the novelty of the dollar store and now it's changing they need to change the name.
Family Dollar is a parent company of Dollar Tree. Did you mean Dollar General? They purposely kept items for 1$ & increased their offerings to bring customers away from Dollar Tree as they were increasing prices.
Dollar General has a $1 aisle and has a lot of things that DT carries.

The dryer balls work good. Be careful with Lavendar for people with Asthma, it makes breathing harder.
I can not use anything with lavender because of my heart murmur.
The water bottles are great for $1.25 but DO NOT put them into the dishwasher! They will shrink to half their size. I found that out last year. It was comical!

I would point out that the toothpick dispensers are reusable as salt/pepper/spice shakers. As always, your video was informative and entertaining!
Please be cautious, read the labels “ made in….” especially if it’s an item to consume.
Lots of great things this month... except I would not trust those large glass jars for canning. Great for dry storage or drinking vessels, as you showed. There are also lots of Mason brand wide mouth jar accessories that I bet would fit on them as well.
I'd love to see the dollar tree plus items in a separate video instead of mixed in with the regular priced items. Love your videos!
I don't know about these particular jars but often those jars sold individually are not thick enough to handle canning. I've never tried but I know people who have and ended up with a large mess.

@@kimmyb8276in today's world that is the equivalent of calling all facial tissue Kleenex. Usable to store your beans or pasta but if you are actually canning foods it's cheaper and more reliable to buy a dozen canning jars from a known source, like the Ball or Kerr brands.

Be careful with those scented bunny candles. A little one might try to eat it and the wax might block their intestines. A block intestine can be deadly if it leaks or bursts.

I’ve been avoiding Dollar Tree because I’m getting my granddaughter birthday presents. But you have come up with some never thought of things. And Matt I’m so grateful for little things that I can get for her party. When your daughter turns 7 you’ll be in an entirely different world. When she turns 5 you need to get a planner. You can write down little things that she’s done that good & extra room for when she’s changing. It will give you a Calming Inside. Trust me, I will work & help you. Those huge Tupperware bowls w white lids work so well for Legos! Being square, I can fit 4 easily into a drawer in our Lego table and it is so much more easy to find things ❤️ Thanks for all of your videos and putting a smile on my face
I bought 6 of them for my dry goods shelf in the pantry. It's a big shelf. 😊 This way I can sort his pasta & crackers, beans etc & my gluten-free stuff. That's this weeks extra project.

Oh Matt! I’ve been very good to stay away from $$Tree for a couple weeks - I’m obsessed with those food containers🥴🥴. But those ceramic little dish things are perfect for me - If I out several decent round magenta in the bottom, they are perfect for sewing pins 📍. I’m a quilter and we love magnetic ion holders but they can be very expensive! I’ll be going tomorrow!!!
Dollar Tree has Sure Fresh gallon plastic storage bags with the month & dates pre-printed on them- Just circle with a marker date and month (keeps left overs from laying around too long!) Also box of plastic covers in 3 sizes (like a hair bonnet) to cover cups, bowls, tec. for food storage.

I drive to several dollar tree around me for toys for my toddler and I haven’t seen most of the items you show here such as the lanterns, solar items, dupe beauty items. Great video! I like all of the items on your video… the problem is that the dollar tree corporation is misleading customers with the hike up of their prices these days and the lack of the items we see online but unavailability of these items in all stores. They need to bring the prices back down to a 1.00 and carry these items in ALL DTs.

I love the mini dust pan and broom. I saw an episode of Monk where he uses it to clean crumbs off his kitchen counter so i got one to do the same. I also got another one to clean up after my dog after she eats and leave food all over the floor. It really comes it handy. I also use the mini basket with the handles to keep the dust pan and her treats in.
I got the echo mic for my 13 month old son, he doesn’t know how to use it just yet, but it’s definitely worth the buy. And I wish I had that grabber when I was pregnant last year 😂, if something dropped it stayed on the floor.
I have a grabber, it has a metal strip on the side that picks up coins, nails etc…
Dallor tree 6 miles from me has nothing. Went 5 miles further and went crazy at that well stocked Dallor tree.

Bubble mats are great. The mini. broom and dust pan have been super handy for the living quarters of my horse trailer.
The pink cleaners are really good, both the spray and the cream. PASS on the shower mats. They are AWFUL. The potting soil is terrible. Invest in good soil. The citronella sticks are really good. LOVE the flip flops. The camera magnifier isn't bad. Be CAREFUL buying anything for your pets atDT. Do NOT buy anything from China! Too many pets have died from their products.
Buyer beware: The water bottles you showed melt and shrink in the dishwasher! 🙂

The scented trash can bags are very thin and not even worth a nickel !!!
…and the scent ingredient can be toxic. Too much artificial and chemical scent added to everything, making it seem “clean” and “fresh”…but it’s NOT.
