Thanks for watching!! This kit was bought from Autologue designs! If your planning on buying the kit please watch the part 3 th-cam.com/video/2RS1WNGGpvY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=MKtkkY0ykak6d7cP As I pointed out all the pros/cons!
Way better than I could have done. Nice Work Man! I originally was going to get the Conti but went for the Classic 350 Instead. I have a few sport bikes including a CBR1000RR so imagine my surprise taking that little Classic home the first day 🤪. I'll be getting a Conti next time around. I like the few retro fairing sets available and think the just look better with one. Again nice job and Cheers from Cali 🏖
Thanks for watching @GrampsD63 , the classics are FUNNN.. I sum it up into raw motorcycling the best it gets, plus the new 350 engines they are much more refined and hopefully you got the one with kickstart. Good luck with Conti GT the only suggestion I can give is to look for older models where the ECU is EURO 4 not EURO 5, EURO4 are much easier to tune and make mods to as EURO5 ECU is stubborn and will throw error codes as you change the headers/ oxygen sensor for example and then it requires a remap. Thanks for your support and ride safe!
@@GrewalsGarage As I understand it has the first Harris frame very similar to the 650's. My local dealer has two display bikes that are missing various parts. Need to get serious with him and maybe grab them both if the price is right. Then Hitchcock's makes a 612 kit so I would use one engine for that and keep a stock one. 🤞
@@GrampsD63 that is correct the same dual frame as 650 or the new 350s have now. I would grab them both as you said cuz those are hard to come across!!! Hitchcock has all the parts and specially a rocket shape retro fairing that would look super nice on it! You can use most of the external parts from 650s like the wheels, forks, clipson, etc and similar to 500cc parts for the engine and 5 speed tranny which are also available on Hitchcock! Hope the deal works for you and would love to see some pictures of them! accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/fairings/33727
gippy grewal bro, u have done an outstanding job, maybe if u pay youtube they'll show these vid in lotta peoples feed. point is , it deserves more views and respect. good job really good.
Thanks for watching @almightyhimself9284 , that is a great idea, I will look into it. Thanks for appreciating the work and my name is Sukhi Grewal… I wish I was Gippy Grewal lol…
This is a great build! I have been looking for a chrome seat cowl because I have the same bike, if you don’t mind me asking, where did you get yours?? And does this build help with the aerodynamics of the bike? I tend to start getting speed wobbles around 85-90 mph.
Thanks for watching @santizuleta7600 The seat cowl I bought from eBay here is the link www.ebay.com/itm/264669271373?chn=ps&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A1E0xTXEbTQbm17DAWyMKMeg98&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=264669271373&targetid=1644837436203&device=m&mktype=pla&googleloc=9032139&poi=&campaignid=20389335750&mkgroupid=154492026431&rlsatarget=pla-1644837436203&abcId=9317283&merchantid=113421866&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD_QDh_lylFZt5ziaMOSI1-5Lsi3c It’s sold in solid euro 4 colors. I painted the chrome and pin-striping myself to match the fuel tank. The headlight fairing does help with aerodynamics as it pushes most of the air over the helmet if you’re tucked close to the fuel tank, however speed wobbles continue to be there in high 80-90. These 650s are not so smooth on higher speeds compared to a super sport bike but for what’s it’s built, it delivers more than enough!
Thanks for watching man, nope no issues with heat. It’s designed in a way where air is forced in and out so it doesn’t get trapped plus it’s air and liquid cooled so that helps as well. I explained details on the air dynamics in my part 1 of this fairing install. Check that out if you get a chance!
Here you go accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/Rectangular-Handlebar-End-Mirror/11597 FYI, installing these are different on GT650 vs INT650
I have not changed the suspension yet, it’s all stock. However, I believe the rear suspension is not needed for a single rider, I would only change it if I was riding it with a pillion. The front forks I want to upgrade in future and customize the hub so I can run dual disc brakes.
Stunning!
Appreciate it!
Lovely look for this motorcycle did you buy the kit from mk designs?

Hi, where did you acquire the mirrors from?
Here you go, accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/Rectangular-Handlebar-End-Mirror/11597
They little tricky to install but doable, here is the install video th-cam.com/users/shortsyBoTjkepnV4?si=_-2zYwLt70cBeNHe
Sweet build man! How is it with heat? Do you feel the engine hotter than before you put the fairing on?

Good Job, Not keen on the fork reflectors,Badge panels on the side,Grab Handle, These three items I would remove…..
Thanks for watching! Yup those are my next steps to remove the reflectors!
