Adding this comment since many people were confused. There is some problem with the explanation at 17:10, sir is drawing clockwise and telling anti-clockwise.
At 13:13 in this video of the Nisarg cyclone, th-cam.com/video/gqiO8JzPAPI/w-d-xo.html sir has explained this correctly.

Why Some Cyclones Don’t Have Eyes
1. Weaker Tropical Cyclones:
• When a tropical cyclone is weaker or still developing, it might not have a well-defined eye. The eye forms as the cyclone strengthens and organizes.
2. Extratropical Transition:
• Sometimes, a tropical cyclone can transition into an extratropical cyclone as it moves into cooler waters or interacts with other weather systems. During this process, the eye can disappear.
3. Extratropical Cyclones:
• As mentioned, these cyclones generally don’t have eyes due to their different formation and structure compared to tropical cyclones.
Summary
Not every cyclone has an eye. Tropical cyclones can develop eyes when they are strong and well-organized, but extratropical cyclones typically do not have eyes. Additionally, weaker or developing tropical cyclones may also lack a distinct eye.

Actually as per your diagram. The winds are moving leftwards to create an anticlockwise pattern so as to create cyclonic winds. So that means coriolis force is making the winds turn left in the northern hemisphere..not right as you said

Sir, If possible please explain the reason of subsiding warm air. I tried to get a proper explanation about this warm subsiding air but colud not get a good explanation. Somewhere it is written cold air will descend in the eye and somewhere it is written warm air will subside. So if possible please explain it briefly.
