It's from lumilor. That's whos paint this is. It's very expensive.
Why not wrap the pipe with copper tape instead?

Hi! This is working with 3V also (example, 2 x 3AAA Battery)?
In fact, it uses AC power. But you can convert DC power to AC power with a three-volt drive.
How big the area of the surface can be painted for the light to work?
The size as a coin or bigger.
The size of the luminous area depends on the power of the driver.

Can a bicycle rim be done like this to light up while in motion?
Someone has successfully tried it on a bicycle rack.
@@ElwireKPT Maybe I didn't ask the question properly. Can this be done on a bicycle rim; so that it works while somebody is riding the bicycle? The power supply would obviously have to be attached to the rim as well. Double A batteries maybe.

@Ravee Siffredi I don't eather. I have lights on my bicycle rims now that run between the spokes and use a battery pack of 3 Double A's. I sure with some modifications to a battery pack. It could be done. I just lack the experience to make it myself. But maybe I'm completely wrong

Yea interested in the same. I think it might have been Lumilor. All of these are so expensive for tech that is over a decade old.

A semi transparent plastic tube with leds inside would be less work and a lot cheaper

@@ElwireKPT it is over 2 years since this comment if its your companys technology and not Lumilor perhaps you should sue them unless you are allowing them to use your technology
