One of the best Rock N Roll bands ever made. Even with the Death of Bon. Brian did ACDC such justice when taking his place as the lead Singer.

Angus Young is 54 years old here, in 2009.
They played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!!🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎

I saw AC/DC back in 1990/91 and it was a great show, but there is just something about this River Plate concert that is another level.
A great but very naughty song. Tightest rhythm section in music. Love your reaction. THIS is rock. THIS is music. No stupid auto tune, no idiotic pitch correction, no backing click tracks, no mindless 50,000 backing dancers because the singer cant own the stage on his own, These guys like so many bands from that era just dont need it. They can do it on their own, just pure powerful rock and entertainment. Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Niki Minaj, et al, sit down, shut up and pay attention. You'll NEVER be this good and I doubt you'll still be doing your slop in 50 years like these lads.

I like it better with Bon Scott. I'm not saying I don't love both because I do. What were the odds they would ever find another front man? They did and he ROCKS but Bon was the original and I gotta give it to him on this one.

If you think the crowd was something here..... Check them out in "T.N.T" also Live at River Plate.... One of their best songs, but this crowd becomes "ONE" and some of the footage is on another level!!! Watch carefully and you'll see !
Approximately 200,000 people were at that show and they played most of their biggest hits. Every song of the concert is available on TH-cam and I would definitely react to the River plate version of a song over studio versions. The River Plate versions are just incredible. I'd recommend Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap or TNT as rest great options.

@@roverwaters3875 Yes, but you're talking about the terraces where the football supporters normally sit and stand. The crowd for this gig was not just in the terraces, but over every inch of the actual football pitch like a gigantic mosh pit, so probably in total, not too far off the 200,000 I heard quoted.

Notice no one was holding up a cell phone. Instead, they were into the music and participating. What a concept reacting to the world in front of you. You didn't pay for a ticket so you could be a camera man. You went to see a show, and they got a show!

Rosie's was real. The original singer Bon Scot had nothing but positive feelings about the Whole Lotta Woman. The blimp isn't to make fun of large woman, not at all. It is a glowing tribute to Rosie.

He was a member of the band from its inception in November 1973 until September 1974 before officially being replaced by Bon Scott in October 1974.
But does anyone really care? Nobody mentions Pete Best being the original drummer of the Beatles. Bon was with AC/DC when they made it to the top. That's all anyone cares about...

Dude I've seen them live a couple times and it's insane !!! Yes the BACK IN BLACK album has got to be on your must hear list ! It's actually up there on the top of the list with Thriller for the top 100 of all time !!!! It is the first album that they put out after Bon Scott died . It is also the first one that they did after Brian Johnson joined up with them in 1980 !

Great review. Your instinct was right. The studio version i s a lot better. PLUS it features the original singer of the band, Bon Scott, before he died in '79. His replacement is very worthy, but there is only one Bon Scott.
