Very nice video my friend! One of the best youtubers out there in my opinion! My first realistic diecast model aircraft in 1:400 is surprisingly an NG Models. Yes, that is true. You cannot calculate when your NG will come. My NG AA 321 arrived in a month, and my NG UA 738 arrived in a month and a half

Engines fall off on many 200 scale GJs now.
I even had a wing totally fall off when I removed from the box
What about . Herpa 1/200? Hogan 1/200? JC wings? Inflight 200? (Super cool) panda models? Daron 1/100? Aviaboss? Phoenix models?
This was specially a comparison of the two brands at that time. I need to do an updated version of this video and will compare other companies as well.

Gemini Jets get many of their aircraft proportions dead wrong. Their molds are off . Wheel assemblies suck.
So I'm glad you like the deeper discounts
but ACCURACY and realism is the backbone of die-cast collecting in any genere and scale. I was a diecast car collector for over 25 years and had 40,000.00 yes 40k tied up in my cars because i only bought what was good. Gemini Jets in my opinion is a back bone of this hobby ,but there are better planes on a plane by plane comparison. Who cares about the box artwork ? NG makes better planes in alot of airframes and liveries. Thats why collecting takes time and money to get a stellar collection. Or you can have just alot of mediocre junk to just fill up your shelves and mock airport dioramas. Don't shop price, shop the only the best example of a piece
I did mention in the video the issue with disproportioned moulds from Gemini in the video, particularly on the Airbus 320. It is defiantly something that deserves its own video.
Since this video was made over a year and a half ago some of my options on there subject have changed. Gemini Jet's QC continues to suck. NG Models meanwhile had added a ton of new moulds since making that video; A350-900, 737-700, 737-900/900ER, TU204, 777-200/200ER, 777-300/300ER, & TU154 while maintaining decent to good QC. This combined with NG Model's constantly increasing catalog of rebased planes along with the fact that NG Models makes better model aircraft has changed my officially stance to NG Models being better than Gemini Jets.
