Unbelievable. Spirit has A320neo with regular cockpit windows. Now A320neo with those modern cockpit windows known as a Raccoon mask. And there’s nothing wrong with the engines. Yes naturally they are large. That’s how Pratt and Whitney designed the 1,000 series engines. And I like em. They’re both fuel efficient and very quiet at takeoff speeds. However the PW 1,000 series engines as well as the PW 15,000 engines powering the A220s have been having technical difficulties resulting in engine failures. A few airlines have added metal powders to prevent failures. However eventually A320neo aircraft and A220s will be temporarily grounded for engine maintenance and for airlines not affected by the problem inspected. I like A320neo 1:400 models made by Gemini, NG, and Aeroclassics. And I wish Spirit came back to Jacksonville. I have several Spirit aircraft by Gemini and Aeroclassics. But ended up getting them just as Spirit was ending their operations at Jacksonville. Now I don’t know if I should sell them or keep them.
Generally Gemini Jets models have rolling landing gear. However, often due to quality control issues they do not roll freely or as they should. Hopefully this helps!
