Looks like you had a great time. In tight technical riding these little bikes are so much more fun than full size bikes IMO. It's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow.
@@AaronsEnduro yeah that sucks! Well, you have something to look forward to anyways. Will be fun to see you rip up those crazy trails on your new bike.
I saw the title and thought, no this can’t be! I decided to go for a good ok trail ride in the old 100. It was fun doing creek crossings, mountain bike trails, and some sketchy fire roads. At some parts I was 5th gear pinned Dakar style. I even did a pretty gnarly hill climb, which was slick cause the rain stopped, and the dirt is now back to powder edit: don’t worry about the fender, you could probably got to Rocky Mountain and get a replacement fender for about 30 bucks
@@AaronsEnduroat least for '24 we have the 'Battleship' grey coming. I have not checked to see if Dealers can still get the '09 Black plastics from the monster edition?
Glad you got a new bike coming. Amazed you could go as long as you have with the KLX. I know you've done some upgrades, but still. I bought one recently to try and sold it after one trail ride. Dog slow, cramped cockpit even with bar risers (and I'm short), terrible suspension even with the BBR springs, etc. Would think you're going to have wayyyy more fun on the Xtrainer!
Im beyond excited for the upgrade. I have no regrets with the klx tho. It trained and hones my rider skills to be able to accomplish obstacles. I only think it will make me that much more of a beast on a 300cc 2 stroke
The lower ratio sprockets and the big bore kit were the best mods , I believe ? This also depends on the riders weight. I am 165 , so those two would do me just fine , but then again , the carb upgrade seems like a priority. Then I also want to know my RPM , my speed , and engine temp. Oh boy , I guess besides the springs , all that is a must do. Anyways , great video , it looks like you really enjoy all your upgrades. Have lots of fun , be safe and thank you for posting . Sometimes sh..t happens , even to the best of us , but the terrain you go through , I would not have a pair to do so !!!!!!!!
@@AaronsEnduro wow that’s awesome especially with this kind of hard riding, we mainlg do the like small track Mx here in Ohio with it. Decent jumps though for these small bikes! love your videos btw. 🤟
Loving these videos per usual. Unfortunate crash, but luckily just a few broken plastics.
Thanks Token! Happy that was all the damage that was delt. Subframe was totally fine thankfully
Such a impressive little bike I feel like the 140s will be a legendary bike someday for their reliability and ease of use
Klx 140 goes down in my books as the goat of mini bikes!

This thing is a Blast!
Glad you didn't blow up the motor! Will be interesting to hear your comparison between your modded out KLX and your new bike. Having fun on mine! 🤘
man im dying waiting over here. bike was supposed to be here this weekend.. still another month at least to wait...
@@AaronsEnduro yeah that sucks! Well, you have something to look forward to anyways. Will be fun to see you rip up those crazy trails on your new bike.
Good to see my trail is getting used. Need to finish a small bridge on the mud hole tho.
Sure is! I dont show it in videos but me and the boys made a bunch of trails up in there too 👀 just gotta keep ur eyes peeled for em
I like all the mods you did here but how do you like the 140 in stock form? Any idea what you spent on all the upgrades?
Even stock form the bike is still a ton fun! Probably 2000$ CAD in parts
did u ever find a replacement rear fender??? i broke mines and ive been struggling to find one and my bike is so ugly now
Hey Aarons Enduro, What do you think of the SSR 140 TR BW?
Ive never heard of it or seen it. But I strongly recommend a Japanese branded pitbike over any china unit!!

Unfortunately only dealers have klx140 plastics as there are no aftermarket support for plastics on these bikes. Was 130$ CAD for a rear fender
Sounds like ur havin a blast on that 100!
@@AaronsEnduro it’s a crazy little thumper
@@AaronsEnduro Jesus. Even full sized bike plastics here in America as a whole shrouds, fender, and plates sell for that price

Great Stunt Aaron😮
Not my finest work 😰

The xtrainer is to tall.
The x trainer is the lowest seat height 300 2 stroke you can buy.
Its currently 36.5 its to tall. the xtrainer has become something that longer no suits the intended purpose
I think the klx140 will make a dandy ktm/xtrainer killer backyard wheeler

The entire combination all of the parts is what really makes it a wicked machine!
@@AaronsEnduro I must agree.
Parts are linked in the description if you’re lookin!
How has the 170
Kit proven to be for you? Just ordered the tb version for mine
Was super reliable for the 70 hours i put on it prior to me selling the bike

How do find the ground clearance on the klx?
Its plenty! These actually have great ground clearance when they have the big wheelset
Hows the klx held up so far?
@@jex8046 I’ve since sold it
@@AaronsEnduro how was it running with these mods before you sold it?
@jex8046 it still had a minor hiccup under load at low rpm after a quick blip of the throttle
What hand guard’s were those on your 140?
Acerbis
It looks better with the damage. Also, if you sell this bike you will regret it.
I think im gonna keep it of i can
