2005-2011 VW 1.9tdi Plastic Coolant Flange Repair Part 1

Dumb plastic parts just love to crack, fail & cause problems. Just like the plastic coolant parts on the 2004 Dodge Stratus I had. I'd bet just about anything that the most expensive cars/trucks $$ can buy have the same goofy kind of parts.
U can cut steel tin cans with any cheap tin snips from any hardware store. And use Plenty of rtv silicon sealer, preferably high temperature rtv sealer.
