- Since many people have been asking me regarding my problem with my left knee (chondromalacia patella grade 4), I recorded a few videos of me playing beach volleyball to show how the Knee infiltration with Regenflex BIO-PLUS has helped me a lot to go back and keep playing my sport.
I know it's a temporary solution, but I prefer to keep doing this treatment as long as it's working to avoid the knee surgery that can stop me from playing Beach volleyball in the future. So far, I've done only one knee infiltration in January of 2021, and it's still working. I can go up and down the stairs without any discomfort, and I can also play Beach Volleyball without feeling any pain, especially when I jump.
These games were recorded in October 2021.

How ur pain after 2nd dose?
0 pain. But this type of treatment has a different result for everyone. For me, it's really working up top these days.
How long did it take after shot to feel better was it more than one shot
Right after the next day, I was Knee pain-Free! I only had one shot, and it has been a year since I had it but still working. Just played beach volleyball yesterday and didn't feel any pain at all.

@@mmueller1473 Best of luck! It's normal to be scared. I hope you will feel my relief when I have my first injection. I was happy with the result.

@@mmueller1473 The pain was very tolerable, but I must admit the second one I felt it for 2-3 days.
