My honest opinion, skip the sheets and just get the mats. You can use them in your bed even if just your arms touching it you’re grounded. It won’t wear out like sheets wear out (washing them) and you can take them out into the living room on the floor on your couch as long as you’re touching it with your hands, your feet, any bare skin you’re grounded.

I found that the earthing worked through a fitted sheet for my grounding sheet if my bare skin was touching but not if clothed skin was touching. My pillow case may be redundant. But I use it in the office chair next to my bed. If I'm wearing clothes, I tuck the earthing pillowcase under my shirt against my skin. I am sleeping better.

My question is why did you go from base level around 400 the first time you did it to 600 after you tested the mat? Is your body now conducting more electricity due to you getting rid of it with the mat, and therefore your body just makes up for the stuff you just lost by conducting more afterwards?
1. don't use the wall outlet together with any appliances. use it only for the mat. 2. if problem persists, check if your ground point in the wall outlet has true ground (ie. properly connected to a grounding rod).
@@1_D333 thank you. I did both those things. I bought an outlet checker from home depot and it said my outlets were properly grounded. I contacted customer support and they asked for me to make a video showing my result. So I will do that and see what they say. Im trying to maybe try a new multimeter. I just dont know which one to get. I have a klein tools one and I measure in AC but it is measured at the 200v setting because my unit doesnt have an option for low voltage AC .
In the uk most properties are PME (TNCS) earth systems which means the earth and Neutral are shared at the point of entry into your property. and with most appliances and things plugged in around the house all have a little earth leakage so you really should make sure you have a good clean earth path before using this. i would recommend you consult a local electrician to test it for you. a separate earth stake would be the way to go :)
Would you please share a video checking the voltage after you washed the sheet? Mine is no longer working after I washed it, despite following the instructions to do it by hand, using cold water, no wringing, and drying on a line. So I received my volt meter and the grounding sheet definitely doesn’t work. The volt meter reads .140 ungrounded and then when i place my hand on grounding sheet , the volt of meter reads .165. So that’s an increase in volts I also have a grounding mat from the same company. I had purchased a bundle and it’s the same response. I’m so bummed at my expense of all this. It’s hard to understand because on IG so many many people are saying they get great results. 🤷🏼♀️ Edit - I was using an extension cable that was plugged into my electrical outlet so I tried plugging the sheet directly into the outlet and tested that way and i get a reading of .116 on the ungrounded hand and a reading of .120 on the grounded hand on the sheet. The mat I get a reading of .075 on the ungrounded hand and .150 grounded. I’ve tried it so many times standing , sitting , squatting as I keep trouble shooting this. I get a variety of numbers. Sometimes the voltage may drop a little bit never much and usually increases from ungrounded to grounded.
Just my recommendation. Do not use your house grounding. Do it like it's closest to nature. Plug it into real dirt. How? Get a metal rod (tent for example) attach this cable or a longer simple copper wire (they are better and cheaper than these products anyway) and connect everything. That's how easy it is and you don't get the dirty electric charge that might be lingering around. Try this, as this will cost you the least and will without doubt work. But to what extent and what multimeter you use, that's another question. I had to send one back, because it just couldn't get the readings right 😂

no, not necessary. the pillowcases are a scam if you have a grounding bedsheet already and they are very uncomfortable on your face. as long as you touch the grounding bedsheet with any part of your body, you will have full grounding benefits.
so your only benefitting by being grounded, once you remove yourself your not getting any benefits. so if benefits are gleaned, do you have to use the mat for a period of time?

@@M77111 yep. I understand in some countries their power sockets do not have an on or off switch. But in my country, we do. So I’m not sure if the socket needs to be turned on to enable the connection to the Ground.

I have 2 white cables and 2 snaps on grounding sheet. Common sense tells me to use both cables. Im trying to trouble shoot my problems. Don’t I use both cables to connect to both snaps on grounding sheets. In the videos i only see one being used.

Do you have an adapter to fit in the wall for the black wire? We tried ours and it doesn't move when we touch the red with our fingers. When we touch the red to the black output it does show voltage.

@@thecolorteal5469 You are probably not going to be able to get the black plastic part in the the hold, so you will just want to have the metal end in there and will have to put it on an angle to stay.

My grounding sheets test to 0 volts even when it’s not plugged in.🤷♂️

Just went out and bought this multimeter. The black chord that goes into my socket is too big. What do I do now ? Do I need a different multimeter?
