Have had 3 spinal surgeries, shot twice, stabbed once. 3 years ago house caught fire, took a year and a half to get back in. Have survived 2 cancer surgeries, second one being Pancreatic. 1 in 10 survival rate. Lost my wife of 43 years one year ago, So no matter how bad you think it is, it could be worse. Bucket list..... take care of my wife's dog and hunt and fish the best I can...............
3 spine surgeries, 1 shoulder surgery, need other shoulder fixed, and need 1 hip replaced, spent many years of taking care of and watching my wife die, 12/1/19. after watching what she went through and what I went through, I'm not going through that and not putting anybody else through that.
Thanks for giving us the update. Have been praying for you. Glad you are home in Ohio. My bucket list: ride a horse again; go back home to the North Carolina mountains and spend some time. Sending love to you from the state of Georgia.
I have been fighting pancreatic cancer for 5 yrs on my own . You have family and friends use them to keep you moving . I dont stop i have been lucky enough to have a great boss and i still work 37 hrs a week , plus i build things in my garage. Just finished a total restore of a 59 VW beetle. Not show quality but as good as i can do . KEEP MOVING DONT STOP 😊
I retired early to go live in Alaska, and ended up in the hospital after only 3 weeks there, If I would have fought it there, I wouldn't have had the support needed, and since I have always said I would never fight it, if I got it. I decided to sell everything there so as to not leave a mess there for others to clean up.
Glad you had a safe trip back. My youngest son and I are in Ohio as well, chomping at the bit to get out to follow in (some of) your footsteps. What part are you in? I hear diet makes a big difference. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. -Dusty
@Krazyhunter I'm about an hour south of Cleveland, for now. With Alaska out of the question, I'd be spending lots of time in the UP of Michigan. It is beautiful there and land is pretty reasonable from what I hear. May not be a bad option to allow you to stay relatively close to family.
Spend more time with family . Doing fun things and taking pictures for memory. Time is short and promised to none of us. I have missed a lot of time with my loved ones.Go fishing for a salmon in Alaska. Spend time working on my scrapbook s of the things I have done or memories again. Work on my crafts that I enjoy Go do some of the things that I been wanting to do.
I’m curious as to how old you are and what kind of cancer do you have? I am a new subscriber. I am 70 years old and hope to go see Abraham Lincoln’s house in Springfield, Illinois, before I die.
I didn't do any of the follow ups, the hospital ran the first test and told me what specialist I needed to see and needed MRI's to see how bad, I don't want to know. weather its mild or severe I'm living every day like its my last.

Bucket list? How about a treasure map? Read the King James Bible. In it is a wonderful future for a few.13 ¶ Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. I'm 68 and live in Alaska. I have a wonderful future even though I can really feel the age now.
@@Krazyhunter this so called thing we call life is a painful struggle. I fought hard to get title of my great grandfathers homestead to have it be my final resting place. It's all downhill from here on in. Hold on and try enjoy the ride. It goes by fast.

@@Krazyhunter i found that being easy on our fragile bodies prevents the pain from becoming overwhelming unless its bone cancer.

@@DustyBottomBoysAK only problem is is you still need permits if anything is over 200 ft², but yeah I did research on it
Artemisinin, Ivermectin, Fenbendazol, soursop, fasting, eat nothing that is gmo or bioengineered, stay as active as possible, and prayers.
did some research on the carnivore diet, they say it starves the cancer. was on it before I left for Alaska and felt wonderful
@@Krazyhunter Keep a positive mindset. Prayers 🙏

57,
Welcome back, smallmouths are banging right now!
when I was much younger I used to wade the Maumee river, for small mouths, putting this on my list.
What type of cancer do you have ? What stage?
