Always grab Mouse Trap. Pieces are always needed and kids love it. Did the fridge work? Cigar boxes are used to make guitars now. All over Amazon & Ebay.

IF you were VERY lucky, the U- Totem would have cigar boxes to put pencils, pens, erasers, etc. inside. For a price, of course. You had to start your quest early, or you were out-of-luck! Caught In Love - come on now, we were just having a laugh. What we all keep, sell, recycle, is dictated by a few factors and up to the individual. Quantity of stuff collected can depend on how much you need. I'm at a point where I kind of 'top up' market items, only selling things I know will turn over quickly. The same with scrap if the cash in price is too low, it's not worth the space. Every market is different, demand for certain things also changes over time, lots of things, but useless ? No, that's not only rude but this man knows what he's doing, we love him so save the judgement

Our experience with our first good van was the slider got locked and we could not get it opened. We had been out on Christmas eve and the next day could not open the door. So we tried all we could figure out how to open the door. We had power locks and that would not help get the door open. So we went through almost all of the spring with this door locked. Finally one of decided to just open the door with the key. It opened...lol good finds. Glad you got your door open. ☺
Hello Taco, here the garbage men don't pick up any electronic items. They have to be brought at a place where they are dismantled and all pieces are all recycled, so from t.v.'s, computers, radios and much more doesn't go into a land fill. Peace my friend.
Watching your video today and omg I can't believe you didn't get that black bedroom 3 pc. set. You seem to pick more trash items than the better stuff. You may make more $$ if you add better things. #justsayin
@@carlyjohnson5596 a Xbox with everythig else he got will sell faster for him when he just goes here take it all for 10-20 bucks then the 20-35 it's probably worth in today's market. Sure the house was not cheap or the furniture when new. Just saw the back that looked like it was cheap with a 😲 front. If he had the room I think he would have, kinda wish he did the phone call and asked ... for I do agree it would of sold pretty good even if he was under pricing himself on it. That's why furniture for him is always been wishy washy when it's a one man job and it does not sell in 1-3 flea market sales and he always second guesses himself with them.

Standing it up for a few hours before plugging it back in may work, it depends on where the compressor oil gets to. Hopefully it will be okay but it is better to keep them up right.
When you find electronic items, like the micro or fridge, do you test them to see if they work or is it strictly for scrap? Same thing with the hedge trimmer and items like that. Thanks for the videos. You are a hard worker.

That Xbox with the games and controllers is a nice score. That mini fridge looks brand new. You should hook up that Xbox to see if it works. They're going for at least $60-$70 on Ebay.

Please explain how you recycle some things. I know about cooper, and scrap metal. But other things, antiques, dishes, etc? That ks for doing your part to save the earth.
All that other stuff, like the cigar boxes and flowers, etc., that you didn't pick up, if you would have had those at a flea market for even a quarter a piece, wouldn't that be as much as picking up scrap metal? BTW, where I live the cigar store charges a dollar a piece for empty boxes in Florida.

Cigar boxes make nice jewelry boxes using masking tape and shoe polish making the tape look like leather by tearing it in pieces. Great Diy gifts.
