Man this is just what I needed to hear. I'm working on a lil post-metal side project and I've had a Zoom G3 for years now. Was looking at shelling out for a nicer multifx to get a metal tone but I think for my needs I'll be just fine.

Awesome sound, does this connect to the computer with a USB cable? I want to use this as an interface for livestreaming but want to make sure the actual tones come through the stream and not just the unprocessed signal like what happens with my Focusrite Scarlett.

I'm using my G3x as an audio interface, should i buy a standalone interface to get better audio/recording? I'm just a bedroom guitarist but i record myself here and there

I think the g3x should do just fine, but if you want better experience in the future, buying a standalone audio interface is quite essential.
