I’m using U2 to help me detox from methadone pills. I broke my neck and I’ve been on drugs since 2001. I lost them one day; so I just quit. I found them mixed in with a different medication. I don’t remember doing that, but when I found them, I didn’t take one! It’s been 13 days . I was tempted cuz I don’t feel great but I didn’t do it. I’m proud of myself. Thanks U2. You’ve been my buddy for 10 days.
So at about the 8:00 my 87 year old Mama who's watching this with me says, "that makes me want to get up and dance." And she did. Thank you, U2, for timeless music that energizes all of us. You made my Mama happy.
