Hi! Thanks for asking; I don’t have a real estate license, I work with agents. But it takes a year “internship” go get your license but you can make commission in your internship period
The only problem is you gonna have to deal with a lot of construction work
Occasionally, but there’s so much space that it won’t be that bothersome
