this house is all about 90 degrees angles. all white, very cold with no hearth and home wormth. expensive finishes with no point. incredible.
I adore the Bauhaus but its understandable not everyone is a fan of the International Style! The German in me appreciates it and this is the look I imagine I would feel comfortable with in the home I live in.

I toured this house and the one next to it. It's located in Creek Lane.. It was last year. It was 30M back then. I told everyone the price is going to go down cause the house didn't suit that price tag. There are 2 other similar designs in Views Lane, but only one got sold.. I think the price is still going to go down.. Now the house next to this one was around 16M, and it sold fast. Anyway this is good content. I love it..

And I agree, the luxury home market has been hit the worse by lockdown, the pandemic etc. so with the looming idea of a third wave I wouldn't be surprised to see further reductions in prices of high end homes

Mr Sibiya, thanks for these tours, I really would like to see more, and more trove of your home-exhibits...but would love to see you researching and designing your narration prior to your shoots, and also plan your routing (systematic / order you would follow in going around showcasing the house...in that know when you move from kitchen, what room you're going into) of the house as you would tour them, so to give proper flow of the house than losing self after every room you go into...it would help with being able to follow you, and create the real map / plan of the house(s).

South Africa meets the Bauhaus and this modernist home follows the principle of form follows function! This is literally my dream home - beautiful with an elegant look that’s well designed. The price it commands is fitting because the architect created the perfect house. This wouldn’t look out of place in Dessau, Germany in the 1920s. 😊
