Action always speaks louder than words. People complain all the time yet do nothing, Andy took action and is making a difference. Thank you Andy!
This is an example of what youth can do to decompress instead of doing drugs. Thank you Andy for your exemplary behavior. Media please publish more positive news like this one and people will watch more of it.
Maybe it was drugs that gave him the energy to complete this exemplary behavior.
Such a wonderful story!! Thank you Mr. Wong for the great work you are doing for the community and a great example to the world!! One man can make a ripple effect of great things!! Keep up the great work!!
Need to get more people working off their traffic violations by picking up litter along the roads. Also, dump fees are so high that some people just dump their stuff along the roadway. When I walk my dog, I pick up plastic water bottles that people have pitched out of their car -- it's symptomatic of the "I don't care about others" attitude that seemed to originate during the covid pandemic.
I love this guy!
Right on Andy!!
We have the same belief as Andy. In SF Chinatown, we covered up graffiti that was tagged on the businesses metal gates. We do it for the community. If we can influenced people around us to care bc it take some effort, things would get better! And it's has, bc someone else is cleaning it up.
Thank You, Andy for your inspiration that you have on others to do what you do! Everything starts with a little effort!
Yup, I hate seeing trash on my street in front of my house, whether it's someone emptying their car as they get into it, or some ahole who leaves it next to a telephone pole because that's the universal dumping ground for douchebags. But come garbage day I get my kids little grabby toy that he never plays with and pick up the trash in and around my house. Don't get me wrong I'm still pissed at the people who dump it, but I know if I wait for someone else to clean it it will never get cleaned.
You look awesome on that beach sir looking out at sea, knowing you play a huge part of something real and positive for us! ❤💚
So amazing this guy had to step up and clean the highway when residents are paying so mich taxes. I wonder what would happen if the journalists did an audit of all the spending and budget of the transportation system in California. Anyone want to bet it's being robbed blind? Smh
Good job my man
People who litter 😡 and don’t clean up. Nature needs to be taken care of
Nice 👍 thanks bro
Whatever happened to the program where Criminals picked up Trash for their Court required Community Service?
It’s racist
This is such a great story! Thank you for sharing!
Great to see what they are doing. I hope they are composting and recycling what can be composted and recycling.
He would be really busy in Oakland.
There's a man who works at Lawrence Livermore Labs that picks up trash in Oakland after work and in his free time. It never ends though. Oakland is a giant landfill now, it's sad.
@@crosales8184 yes, it is most noticeable when on BART. 😌 we all have to do our part to take care better care of the environment and the ecology.
@@crosales8184that is the person in this video
When the government is run by people who can't manage or budget, hiring lazy people who don't their job while collecting paychecks, resulting in this mess. Andy Wang is a real life hero. May God protect him and keep him safe from harm and politicians who may go after him for being a good person.
Sad our government can't manage to do this.
it is already bad enough for people to literally trash the same house we all are living in. the same house is our planet all of us live in. it is worse when we accept this common environmental pollution very easy to avoid as part of society and the environment. it is the mindset when it comes to people not caring but that should not be an excuse to let this problem go by without doing anything. this problem is very easy to avoid but can be taken care of. there is so much that can be done for litter removal that people claim where taxpayer money for litter removal goes. there is too much garbage and most are ending up in the ocean. storm drains also get filled with garbage people intentionally put in and not many people know this problem exists too.
That is how i love Japan. Even no trash pin in the public, but they keep their place so clean
Intercede the waste-stream at our personal point of demand. Bring your bags, reject e3xcessive packaging, choose better
People become lazy and pigs. I saw a lady get out of a Porsche SUV. She threw all the trash that she had into the street. So disgusting how people have become. Daycare more about their expensive vehicle than they do about the community they live in.
These are the people that we need to help and reward...not illegal immigrants.
honest questions - where would you throw away picked up trash?
Great job❤❤ hes done more than these state workers..
What's up with cal trans ..they don't do it😮😮😮
In America i bet he gets in some sort of "legal trouble" bs
Asian is the best.
If only the cities and states could enforce and clean. Oh wait, this is California, government doesn't care.
I never "stop seeing them", and can't understand how since and as soon the lock down began, trash, garbage, medical waste is allowed to blow around our roads, streets, sidewalks and gutters.
He is not Wong! Thank you Sir.
public works fails to maintain its infrastructure and man cleans it up, here's some social media advertising
Go to San Francisco
There's another guy in SF, Vincent Yuen, who does a similar thing. He created an organization Refuse Refuse to do it on a larger scale. CBS did a report on him too!
@@Kitty8791 👍 I will check it out
instead of the city using tax money to do it??? so this man is paying twice. Maybe if the chinese president was stopping by?
Except those wonderful people who dumped will think, "See people come get it" rationalizing their habit moving forward.
No they won't because they don't "think". They don't care or think what they're doing is wrong in the first place.
Sad but true@@crosales8184
Don’t go out of your way to clean up after others. They will take it as a sign that someone will always clean up and litter is okay. People are gross.
Livermore is not in the Bay Area
Livermore is at the eastern edge of the Bay Area. Once you cross the Altamont pass just east of Livermore and enter the Central Valley near Tracy, you're no longer in the Bay Area.
So let us know you’re a bitter idiot without telling us you’re a bitter idiot.
Yes it is. It's still in Alameda County.
he's using Photo Shop ? Fake
Get a life dude! Andy has been cleaning up Bay Area for months and little you only spew trash behind screen🤡😬
If it's fake, then you should try to go out & do what Andy is doing & take all the credit!
WHY ?@@robertlowe5697
You must not be from California 😂 You should see Oakland and San Francisco, it's a hundred times worse
