if you water trees you have to DEEP water them so the tap roots grow deep for water, not just stay superficial to the ground level of sprinkler level watering. Deep tap roots keep trees much more solid in storms. Deep water trees intermittently rather than sprinklers frequently.

I own a condominium myself I always keep my eye open for any kind of city trees near me prior to Rain or Shine I call city and let them know how dangerous it is they always come and trim them, community should be alerted to be safe.
