Two months ago,I was in India, went to spring festival in Dehradun,it was Beautiful with so many flowers ,plants and other stuff, and it was free entrance, when I came back to .U.S ,i saw my town is having spring festival,I was expecting beautiful flowers,I went with my friend, when we got there, the entrance fee was 9 dollars ,and there was no flowers, they were selling all junk food, like cookies and popcorn,we didn’t go,we left with disappointment ,I was very disappointed😅
Hi, I would recommend you to check prices online for anything you buy offline gives you a good idea, you can really never now if the plant is worth 100 or 1000 even I don’t know the prices. Here is a tip if you are not sure of the price just quote 1/3 of the price they say and walk out( I know its new for you) but when you walk out of the shop they might come out and call you back. If they don’t call you go back and increase your bid, thats what we locals do.
When you clean onions the skin and the edges that you cut , soak in water and pour that water on your plants, they will grow very well. Also banana peals soak in very less water and it will become a paste, apply that paste to your soil. Used coffee/ tea powder just sprinkle in the soil. You guys get snake plant, it provides ample amount of oxygen to your home it's an indoor plant and survives in very less water.
guys i gie you advice , first you search on online price of plants , because i think they tell you more high price , because he know you are not indian so he tell you high price , but if any indian women or man with you he/she can negotiations with them and price will going down , so take any local friend
I am glad your family is doing unusual, meaning not touristy things as a family. I am from hyderabad. Come to our city in winter. Lovely family. Have a great time.
@@AmericansinIndia Great stuff! You'll get a lot of great responses for making an effort with the basics - numbers, greetings, questions (who, what, where, why etc).
They are robbing me blind out here!!! Hahaha but one thousand rupees is equivalent to about twelve bucks U.S. Its still double to triple what locals pay though.
"BHARAT" hits differently 🙏❤️
Absolutely 💯 💯 💯

Just saw complete video, 100-150 is good price but if you buy too many stuff you can negotiate during billing. Things can be really cheap in India.
