You should see the units they use in the Formula 1 paddock. They have the telescoping roofs, sections that slide out from the side, etc. But they also have units that are made from multiple trailers joined together.

"30,000 tons?!" That would equal 407 modern M1A2 tanks, with all the armor upgrades, etc. (Assuming each weighs around 73.5 tons!) As impressive as the "LARGEST RV in the World" appears to be, I don't think it excels in this area, to such extremes. An interesting platform, just the same. :)
The problem with semi trailer RV's like these is that finding RV parks that accommodate them is difficult due to their length and size. For film crews and sporting events that's a non issue since they simply allocate space on the event/work site. But 99% of RV rest stops limit how big you can go. A class A bus runs 45 feet max; a 5th wheel maybe 51 feet. These semi trailers are pushing 57 feet making turning a challenge, more so if the "tractor" is also a LWB. And forget about parking these on the side of the road or taking them off the black top. These rigs really are only meant for those who have a dedicated location where they can park them, either permanent or semi permanent. You also need a team to transport this and set it up with highway permits for length since it's not designed for spur of the moment travel - something that a smaller vehicle can get away with. Of course, if you have a small patch of dirt in each of the lower 48 this might be a workable way to live mobile across the country full time. I'm guessing the door where the golf area is set up can be used as a garage for motorcycles or bikes with a ramp/winch. That's the one great thing about semi trailers is that they are easily reconfigurable depending on the application. Putting the bedroom on the second level also frees up more living space on the main deck. I can certainly see the use for this as a luxury rental for temporary use - Anderson has tapped into a lucrative market there. This ain't no "star waggon" 🤣🤣🤣

Being a 40 foot motorhome owner i know a few things. i love how high the windows are it is a very secure feeling, i love the garage, the only things i did not like was the master bedroom, you can not walk around the bed and the bathroom shower was small.

This is the biggest and best mobile home I've ever seen, it's a luxury hotel at all, no wonder those celebrities love it! I love its miniature golf course, it's never boring to live in! I absolutely love it. Everything is perfect for a family mobile home. I would have hoped for a bigger tv/theater room for movies and video games. I can totally see Jaden and Willow hanging out on that upper area playing Mario Kart or something. Will Smith you got the coolest RV in the world I swear.

This is really wonderful and very luxurious. I feel so sad for the homeless people who are roaming around the streets looking for a shelter. Hope someone really rich can build homes for the homeless. 🙏🏼😥
And in my experience it is not the lack of afforable housing it is that a lot of homeless have addiction and mental health issues and therefore had difficulties holding down a job where they can then look for housing.

The homeless issue is bigger then just a lack of houses. It's a lack of affordable houses and combing that with a car dependent nation
