    For a good intro to Stoicism, I recommend The Practicing Stoic by Farnsworth.

    I think "Roman" would be the better term, not "Italian".

    I think it would be better if you sat a bit more still and kept the book steadily in view instead of throwing the book from one hand to another so that we have something to look at, instead of just looking at your (admittedly pretty) face!
