You could go to a mortgage broker to see what loans are available to you. Mine came back with several I could choose from. Also, if you are a member of a credit union, you could apply for a mortgage loan there. CU rates are always better than banks. They might not do a mortgage loan on a tiny home but could definitely do an RV loan. Good luck!

Good morning, yes Randy do 50 lots at a time at Emory Heights. You will be concentrated in one spot. Then you can move into another section and repeat it.👏🏾👏🏾🏡❤

LUCAS, I’m interested in Biogas for offgrid living on a NC property. Can the Biogas be used instead of propane for complete self sufficiency with your Solar kit, feeding Natural gas appliances? I would also want small cook surface wood-stove for backup.

Consider going on AirBnB and reserving a tiny home to stay in, instead of a motel.

no roads? Just golf carts? To and from my home? How does that work?
Golf cart communities are common here in FL & Arizona in particular. There are First Responder Emergency Carts, Trolley golf carts seating 6-8 (used down here to ferry people from parking lots to the restaurant door [limited handicap spots at front of building]). Do a search of gold carts- it will blow your mind to see all the types & sizes, even Rolls Royce style!
