although the apartment looks nice condos in nyc are overrated most condos at this price have HOA fees most millionaires can't afford for long and for all pet owners out there the odds are you can't be living here because these type of building most of the time don't allow pets but a lot of people don't know nyc has actual houses in manhattan (outside of Times Square) except they are ridiculously expensive ranging anywhere from $15 million - $50 million
