      ive seen some 10foot tags in mad isolated places in west cornwall. i guess hes literally been most reasonable sized towns in the uk. madhead

    Wow 10FOOT. Seen his stuff all over the UK, from back home in the South East, 250 miles West over in Exeter, and up in Ipswich too. Man goes hectic for an overpass, and makes me smile wherever I see it. Makes me feel close to home, is a good reminder that whatever the distance, you aren't ever far away, or some shit.

    I used to see 10foot (Sam) when I lived in the Isle of Wight. He used to work on the lift that would take the old lady’s down to the sea front. He was genuinely a lovely lad, massive smile. It was only when he got sent down that I realised it was him. When I put two and two together. I used to write “boy wonder” back then and he wrote “mas” or something like that I know it began with an M. Would love to meet him again one day. He wouldn’t know who I was but I’d still remind him of his shanklin lift days. Big up 10foot

      @@adean4146 If you look into his background he's from an upper middle class family and has tonnes of disposable money. He probably does travel a load himself even if others do the tag. It's how he can continue doing this and seemingly never get a job. His lifestyle is paid for by his rich parents who are, apparently, champagne socialists.

    The fact DDS are still smashing TFL is insane with how secure and surveyed the depots are.
    The Piccadilly line trains are lined with stainer tags. While the paint gets buffed, you can’t buff spraypaint / markers that contain some sort of acid that corrodes the train paint.

      @@andrewgibbs7279 the thing is it's one thing to be on people's Bridges but when the guy does it on the wall of your mother and obviously she's not young anymore so I had to clean it all off and it just made me really angry and it really upsets me as well because it cost a lot of money to put right maybe I'm getting old myself and I don't see it the same way as other people but I really don't like these so called street artist with no Talent just repeating the streets of crap. Cost of an absolute fortune to get it cleaned up and it's just so ugly and let's face it London is already not the best looking place sometimes especially not some of the areas that he's doing it in just making a crap problem worse

      there are loads, they just don't stand out as much, because they don't etch shop front windows, scribble their name in the center of a large street art murals dogging them out, or hangover rail bridges... or get their friends to put them up on holiday... I guarantee there are writers up more, with 10x more styles.

Perhaps his influence is why every single tag you see anywhere now is crossed out and everything is messed up by other self proclaimed writers.

    Great piece mate, it would be nice to cover HELCH too. Spot selection and bridge pieces he does are something else. Not long ago 10Foot did both sides on a40 motorway at ickenham underpass. Great height thin ledge to walk and giant tags. Still wondering how he did them. I used to do trains in poland in 90's now just teaching my kids how to draw.

    It’s common for graffiti artists to get arrested. I was last year for spray painting Royal Mail post boxes in Huddersfield green under the pseudonym of the ‘green pimpernel’. All I got was a conditional caution, three tiny cups of coffee & a chicken tikka curry. I think that street art adds to a community vibe!

    thats goated i remember around a year ago when i first started tagging i went all around my town, its a small enough town where you can basically walk everywhere and be there within 5-10 mins, when i first started going out i hit up everything benches, signs, poles, fire hydrant, whatever i could write on i did it, not like an idiot tho just putting every single one back to back but if i were to walk down a street id tag a sign skip the next two then tagged another thing etc. eventually everybody in school started talking about my graffiti name and sometimes would even be talking to me like bro who the fuck is this guy man he popped up outta no where no hes all over, i would always and still do play dumb as fuck when somebody asks me and i just talk shit about it on some “bro idk anybody that would go around writing on shit its stupid asf” then go out that same night and write on shit 😭😭😭

    My car actually drove past in 10 foots smashing London video. I was in a car with two other artists and my dad. My dad went “ holy fuck 10 foot” it felt good to see one of my idols in action. My mate got caught the first day we were in London and me and some others went about putting up paste ups and stickers. Next night we were back in Pompey ready to bomb. Nice video youfo.

    Wow 10foot, ive never seen his tag here in LA but I'm sure it's somewhere but i love writers like him they're the epitome of what it is to be a graffiti writer and I'm not gonna lie i love graf but in LA it's become some boujee shit where i feel like the new generations do it for fame and solely that and forget the essence of it or have no love for words , i started writing as a teen because i fell in love with words and letters and the many ways you can combine them not because i wanted fame or recognition

    Grown up and live in southeast london remember I was about 12 and I saw 10foot tag on a building under construction I thought it was a height marking left by a construction worker until I started noticing his tags around the city
